If I could give Savage Mobile RV service a 6 star rating I would! I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness and service. I bought a used popup camper and the lift system broke on it the first time I set it up. I looked high and low for anyone to come to my home to fix the issue but no one could either do it in a timely manner (2-3 months) or they no longer performed mobile service. I called Savannah at Savage and was greeted warmly and she understood the issue and promptly set up service that week. Unfortunately there was a bit of a snag after the work was completed and I found this out on a Sunday afternoon. I called the office to leave a message and low and behold Savannah answered the phone and said they would be out that afternoon. Darrell and Savannah both came out and assessed the issue and came back out two days later and completely fixed the issue. Now, that is customer service that you NEVER see any more. Also, I just texted Savanah here on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, about checking on my air conditioner that's having an issue. She responded within 2 minutes and Darrell is coming out Monday, Memorial Day, to check it out. This type of customer service is phenomenal. Please be sure to check them out. Because of a time, issue they did not have time to check the Norcold Refrigerator before our planned trip however they did take time to talk to me about my problem and possible solutions. After talking to one of their techs and further checks he told me about I was able to identify the problem and correct it in time for our trip. They were very professional and helpful for no reward for them I found this to be very refreshing now days. There just good people and will use them in the future. read more
