Purchased a propane fireplace. They use Wilson's for the propane installation and supply. After…read moreeverything thing was completed we asked when the first delivery would be. The crew told us not to worry as the tank was one third full and would last nearly a month and they would be back to fill the tank before then. We were looking forward to having family and friends over for a few parties with the new fireplace the center of our living room. The fireplace ran out of propane on Friday night only 10 days later. We had hardly run it at all. We called to get a delivery. We were told no deliveries on weekends or after hours. We were told to call on Tuesday to see what could be done. I told them it was their fault that the tank ran empty and I wanted a delivery. The rep said some one would call me back but no one did. I was watching Irving deliver propane to next door neighbour during the call. Wilson's lied about the amount of fuel in the tank and when they would be back. I will be switching to another company. Save yourself the aggravation and choose another supplier when you are going to propane. They just don't care about their customers.

The initial on boarding was never fully consummated in a timely manner as promised, so we exited any binding contracts back in November via email and phone calls with two Superior Representatives, both in customer on-boarding and billing. We do not currently and did not have any active propane delivery services with Superior at the time we received a notice of automatic withdrawal in our checking account by Superior. After several phone calls/emails, we still have not been credited this amount as of 2 months later. Noticeably dysfunctional, our first Superior invoice was a credit, and subsequently they turned it into an amount owed. When I called to inquire, they said "we had to do that to show a negative balance..." They have promised us an EFT last week, but we have not seen it yet. This Superior mistake caused us to run over budget in our busiest month of the year.
