The crew told us not to worry as the tank was one third full and would last nearly a month and they would be back to fill the tank before then. We were looking forward to having family and friends over for a few parties with the new fireplace the center of our living room. The fireplace ran out of propane on Friday night only 10 days later. We had hardly run it at all. We called to get a delivery. We were told no deliveries on weekends or after hours. We were told to call on Tuesday to see what could be done. I told them it was their fault that the tank ran empty and I wanted a delivery. The rep said some one would call me back but no one did. I was watching Irving deliver propane to next door neighbour during the call. Wilson's lied about the amount of fuel in the tank and when they would be back. I will be switching to another company. Save yourself the aggravation and choose another supplier when you are going to propane. They just don't care about their customers.

I prefer to pay at the pump which is usually not possible at this run down location. The line inside to pay is very slow, understaffed and does not have Tap on the debit/credit machine. In the winter time, the wind blows thru this location enough to cause frostbite in a very short time. They do sell propane here but once again, they are understaffed and extremely unaware of people waiting at the propane pump site so you will be waiting a long time. Fortunately there are a number of other well maintained service stations nearby

I like that when I fill my car up, once a week, I can get a little something back from this gas station. In the form of a $1.something coupon for Sobeys. No it's not much, but it's better than nothing! This station is regularly busy, but never so busy you are more than a car behind. Pay at the pump, so i never really go inside! And located conveniently next to my local Sobeys, so i can reap the benefits immediately.

The same day,…read moreMoncton Propane removed the propane tank and took mechanical part (regulator) that did not belong to them. After talking to the owner, he refused to returned the part in retaliation for discontinuing their services. Their secretary confirmed over the phone that the part (regulator) belong to the property. Moncton Propane Service Inc. only had the right to take the tank for which the tank was a yearly rental. Everything from the tank on was previously installed by another company. By taking the regulator, he left us without being able to connect another tank to provide hot water and heat for the house. That left us without hot water and heat for 36 hours.
