This is hands down the best shop I've been to, to date. This is my 5th tattoo, and I get a new tattoo in every state I visit. Kenny is AMAZING! He created the most beautiful autumn leaves scene on my arm today. He has such a light touch, and his lines are super fine and absolutely perfect. I researched Tattoo shops in Savannah, GA and Savannah Ink had good reviews that impressed me. I submitted a picture of what I wanted done. It was a line drawing of Two Greyhounds with a heart in the middle. It took him One Hour to complete and it looked fine when I left and took a drastic turn for the worse overnight. When I texted the owner, Peter, along with a photo he basically said not to worry that the bruising will go away. I gave it some time and the heart became infected and there was significant ink blowout. When Peter realized there was a problem that was not going away he offered to refund my $150 which I accepted. On Wednesday, February 15th, after waiting 4 months for an appointment with Alexis Noel of Ink Revoluzion in Hardeeville, SC the Tattoo was worked over to conceal the problem areas. It cost me $350 to correct his mistakes. I emailed Peter and asked him if he would share that cost with me and he has yet to respond. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Pix1 was taken right after Peter finished. Pix2 was the next day. Pix3 was 3-5 days after. Pix4 was done by my Tattoo artist, as explained above. read more

There isn't much to say about Savannah ink that people don't already know. This is shop is as good as it gets. I travel from St. Louis, MO just to get tattooed here by Peter. He is the owner, and an all around great guy. The other artist are fantastic as well. There is a parking garage right next to the shop which is really convenient. It is literally a three minute walk to the shop. The prices are reasonable and the work is top notch. If you live in the area, please check them out. If you live quite a distance away and are looking to get tattooed, Savannah is the perfect place for a road trip. I would recommend this parlor to anyone. I cannot say enough positive things about this shop and Peter. I came down here from Virginia Beach for work with the idea of just getting one piece done. I was very lucky Peter said he could fit me and a couple other guys in while in town. The piece came out amazing...to be honest better than we could ever have imagined it from a drawing we provided him. I liked him so much I set up a second session for some more work, and will be getting a third session down before leaving. The price is beyond reasonable, if anything I felt like he wasn't charging enough for the quality of work he provides as an artist. My buddy likes his so much that he will drive the 8 hours back here to finish his sleeve. The shop is very clean and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by for your first/next tattoo. Got a tattoo here after going to a different place the day before and being completely ignored and blown off. Guy here wasn't super friendly but wasn't completely rude. He seemed to be irritated by the predicament he was in that being the only person there. My tattoo was small and it was totally my fault to agreeing to something I didn't love to start with. I felt pressured to hurry and get it done. That was also my fault. Now, I'll have to go to another tattooer and have it tweaked/corrected because there's several mistakes and lines that are missing and off. It could've been a cute tattoo but as it is now, it's not. I knew I was going to be in Savannah and wanted a good tattoo from someone other than my usual artist. I found Peter on Instagram and I was very impressed by his work. I contacted him via email and he responded within a couple hours and scheduled me for the day I was going to have some free time. When I got there, I told him what I wanted and he drew it out, set up his machines and got to work. Even though the location I chose was in a tender spot, he really didn't hurt me that bad (bonus) and he worked quickly. He also uses high-quality inks and needles. The bottom line is, Peter has a very high level of skill. His line work is impeccable and technically perfect. His grays and whites really snap and his watercolor splatter technique is amazing. I've been getting tattooed for 16 years and I have full sleeves so I know a thing or two about tattooing and in my opinion, Peter's work is extremely high-quality. I will certainly be going back for more which is saying a lot considering I live four hours away in a town with several great shops. read more

I was visiting Savannah all the way from CA, so I had to set up my appointment over email without being able to visit & check the place out. I was a little nervous at first since I wasn't able to check the place out, but I'm so that I went through with it because Peter is an amazing artist! My tattoo turned out beautiful and better than I ever imagined it in my mind. His shop is very clean with separate rooms for each artist.
