The place was still very clean, sanitary and they offer great quality jewelry. Unfortunately, the women working weren't as friendly and personable this time. One of the women were very personable and friendly with a child that was getting pierced, but not as much with the adult clients. I even noticed some not so great comments being made about a potential customer that had called in with questions. It just seems like the customer service aspect could use some improvements. Because of Kelly's skill in 3D tattoos for breast cancer patients, I already feel like myself again! She pays such close attention to symmetry, color, and shape you wouldn't know the difference between my natural area vs. my tattooed areola. Some people have expressed to me that I "...shouldn't worry about that" when it comes to having my breasts match after something as scary and life changing as cancer, but frankly, talent and ability such as Kelly's has really helped me regain a sense of normalcy, which, frankly, is more important to me than anyone's opinion.
