We have been with the military and using realtors for eleven years and this agent is the only one who has: lost our move in/move out inspection paperwork, been slack or neglect in taking care of serious potential safety hazards, and treated us absolutely poorly. We have paid our rent for the last couple of months always on time, and made little to no requests for maintenance and when we truly need something done this agent turned a blind eye. He does not care about the living conditions of the properties, and often talks about money and his financial situation with the homeowners. He will hire a local unprofessional, unlicensed maintenance man off the street to come into your home to make any modifications. When we first moved in this guy came to my house late one evening around six on the 4th of July and about scared me to death. We were told the property had a minor bug problem that was being handled and controlled three days prior to moving in. It took me four weeks to get rid of the roach infection that was absolutely unrated. We were never reimbursed for four weeks of expenses. Being completely honest we were never fully made aware about the living conditions, and if we were we would never have moved in!

I had guests coming to town and needed someone to come within 2 weeks and they had availability within 1 week of calling which was great. Cost was comparable to other companies I spoke to who would never call back to schedule a cleaning. The initial clean wasn't up to par and wasn't finished in the time quoted, however we spoke to the company who sent out a new crew to do a re-clean the next day. Second crew took one look and agreed the previous cleaning was unacceptable and spent extra time finishing the cleaning and re-cleaning all the areas the other crew had worked in the day before. This time they gave the attention to detail we were wanting. We fell in love with the cleaner they sent that day (Terri is the best!) and have requested her ever since for our weekly cleaning. When I say having my house cleaned weekly is the best decision I ever made in regard to my mental health it's no joke! We were drowning before and now the house never gets so out of control that we can't course correct in time for the next cleaning. The price for a weekly clean is great for our house and cheaper than therapy . I will admit I was apprehensive after our initial cleaning day that was not good - but the company stood by their satisfaction guarantee and made it right. We have had a few different teams come out other than our regular cleaner and they have been okay but not stellar. I like that I can request a specific cleaner and get her 95% of the time, as she knows our home and the specific details that we care about. Definitely recommend this company!

He should have quoted her a price before installing it, which he did not. Additionally, he tried to upsell her other services that she did not need. I told her to call Richmond Hill Air Conditioning and have them come over and do the job. They always treat me fairly. The tech was at her house within an hour and told her it would be $135 parts and labor. That's quite a bit different than Canady's. In conclusion; If you have money to burn, call Canady's!

They were supposed to be equally spaced, and there are huge gaps. But the problem with them is I called them back out to install some pine straw and after going back back-and-forth for over two weeks, they showed up very late and did not even have the materials to do the job. We went over the job and discussed what needed to be done and agreed on a total price. He then left a Home Depot to find out the material cost and then texted me. The materials would be an additional $90. When I told him that was unacceptable as we agreed on a total price, he told me it's too late as he already purchased the materials.! for me. It was not as much as the price increase as the fact of agreeing to a price and then turning around and telling me I owe for additional materials. I would suggest you find yard men and not yard boys.

He also added new hardware, they now have a modern look. This family has been in business for many years and has refinished furniture for me and is still #1 in my book. I can't believe Ken and Marc were too busy for a ten minute fix. If they hadn't lead me wrong for three days I would have felt differently.
