Capstone came highly recommended and since they do several of my colleagues and are familiar with my company's incentive plans, etc, after a quick interview to see if we were going to get along, I contracted with them. Keith and Frank (sounds like a comedy team but sometimes I think it is me who provides the humor when I go there as they are always laughing at some outrageous thing I say when there . . . most be a lot of "old fuddy duddies" in the financial advising business) take the time to explain what they think I should do to invest my money as well as to protect my assets in the future to make sure those in my life are taken care of even if I am not here to do it. They are timely in their communication, follow stocks, make recommendations and just basically help me to make the right decisions regarding my finances. Their fees are based on what you need them to do and are varied. Plus they take the hassle of all of that away so deadlines are met, tax returns filed, quarterly updates provided, things are consolidated and they do it all with smiles on their faces no matter how many questions I ask, or how long it takes me to sign something basic (trust me . . .my living trust took forever as I just didn't want to think about who was going to pull the plug on me if I was sick.
