I visited my in-laws a couple of weeks ago for a family emergency, and we're drinkers. While…read morevisiting in Mantua, I was told of this awesome liquor store just down the street. Honestly, I wasn't sure how "awesome" it could be as it's a big, open, and beautiful country. But I also imagined there couldn't be a lot of competition to make it awesome. Boy was I was wrong. I found this gem of a store and was greeted by the most hospitable workers. Not only was their liquor, beer, and wine selection large, but they were extremely knowledgeable about their offerings making multiple suggestions based upon my likes and dislikes. When I was leaving, I remember talking to this really wonderful woman who was telling me about how great it was to work there. She shared with me how the owner treated them as equals and how much pride she had for the place. That really goes a long way with me, and made sense on why I felt so valued while visiting there.

Talked to him over the phone and in-person, just a genuine and caring person. This feel reminds me of when small pharmacies knew everybody in town and didn't just treat them as a "stranger". Dan was talking to somebody about a recent procedure a customer had and asked how they were. When I was picking up the prescription, he was talking to another customer about their husband. This Pharmacy isn't far from us, I may just consider moving my family's scripts to this Walgreens just to benefit from this care and service.
