Staff is super knowledgeable about the beans they roast in house and easy to chat coffee with. The quality of beans served hits every time, never burned or over roasted. Retail beans have a stellar variety for roast level and bean origin-- everything I've tried has a unique flavor profile and is roasted to compliment each bean for what it is. Most recent bean I took home was a light roast Colombia Juan Puerta mango co-ferment, and it was perfect for a Chemex pour over. Dude behind the counter helped me choose a good bean that day to fit what I was craving, and helped me learn more about the what a co-ferment bean was.
