Keep In mind they have labeled the door with "12 costume limit " he then chose to brag about the amount of money the store makes weekly($500,000) and said he doesn't need my business and told me to leave the store. I then walked to the door and he said to his co-workers that I was a "dick" keep in mind I am 17 years old. I believe this is very unprofessional and needs to be discussed immediately. I love all other Marc's stores and would never expect this service from them.

But this last time when I went there in the morning at N. Canton store in early April '24, was semi-rudely told to not take 2 or 3 extra plastic bags at checkout because she, the cashier, has to pay for them, later saying the store has to pay for them (obviously). I needed them to split some items for others buying for and to make it easier for carrying them (elderly mid - seventies). I had just bought over $125 plus another $40 worth of stuff. I know what bags cost, and they certainly don't cost enough to warrant this attitude when I'm spending this much. I will probably go back to this store eventually, but not for a long while, and when inside if I see that cashier again, then I will turn around and leave because I will not be subjected to that attitude & humiliation. Also, I didn't like the 'security' person following me around the store for an hour & a half, keeping at a safe distance like about 20 feet nonchalantly trying to look like a shopper while not having a cart w/ items in it...so obvious. Anyways, they have mostly nice items in there, and recommend the store; just beware of the 'bag crazy' cashier & the security guy. Thanks for letting me vent...

I showed up and they said they had no record of anyone getting 4 tires, and couldn't find my size. Then they said, "we found them"and we're going to put them on. About a half hour later, they came out and said We don't have all 4 tires, we only have 3. You can order another one and come back later. I told them I didn't think so, made them put the wheels back on and came home. Walmart sucks.

Service is horrible! All my medicines are on automatic refill and they are never automatically…read morerefilled. I constantly run out of pills because of this issue and when I call, they always lie and say they'll fill it that day and text me, but it never happens. Recently, One of my bottles said "no more refills, doctor authorization required". The problem??? My doctor called in a new prescription for this medicine OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!!! They have actually told me in the past that anyone waiting in the store for a refill has priority over ANYONE ELSE! So, if you called a week earlier for your meds. IT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM! Until you physically come into the store, it will not be filled. Even when my doctor's office is the one who called in a prescription, they never fill it until I CALL and complain about not having my medicine. They are acting like they're the next big chain to close it's doors. Beware. Biggest mistake I made was going there when Rite Aid closed down. Transferred all my business to another pharmacy.

update 1/7/25: This is the worst pharmacy i have ever been…read moreto in my life. i have a serious life threatening condition that can only be contained by taking medication, and if i abruptly stop i am very likely to die. The pharmacist BRYAN and the worker OPAL were fully aware of this situation and my condition. Originally I called at 9:02 am TODAY and the pharmacist Bryan, said he was able to clear the medication with my insurance as it is VITAL and he will be filling it now. I then called back at noon and had the unfortunate rude interaction with a woman who said her name is "Opal". she said my insurance didnt clear it, why wouldn't they have called me to tell me there was an issue given the severe necessity of this medication? I then told her i recorded my phone call with Bryan this morning and he said on recording that "it was approved through my insurance", she immediately put me on hold. Finally, after taking me off hold, she said that "they have to call the insurance", and I asked why I was told that it was cleared given i can die if i do not have this, and she said that "it bounced back and that they have to call the insurance", so given the seriousness of the necessity for the medication I asked if she's calling after we get off the phone and she said "no I'm not calling", and I asked who's calling and she states, "somebody in the pharmacy", so I asked her name and that's when she said her name is "Opal and goodbye." I do have both phone calls on recording. my boyfriend then had to call corporate and file an official complaint for them to actually get my prescription filled and they did not have it already until 8 PM after I had already called at 9 AM when they said it was approved.. If you have serious medical conditions do not ever come to this pharmacy and Opal should be fired immediately. I could have died due to her incompetence of the serious field she has decided to work in.
