For being a smaller Giant Eagle, it is well stocked and we'll set up. The store flows, and has everything you could need. From flowers, bakery, deli with hot food, and a meat counter with actual meat cutters. At times, it is busy and staffing is below normal, but generally you can get in or out easily. I enjoy Giant Eagle brand hot sausage and their T-bone steaks. I prefer this store over all of the other ones in the area, even over the very large store at Belden Village. read more

I stood in like for nearly 20 minutes. Cashier then claimed she was closing her line after the guy in front of me despite the fact I was told that I was the last customer. When I corrected her and looked aghast, she got pretty nasty with me and copped an attitude. Honestly, this place is horrible anymore: jacked up prices, incompetently slow lines and rude employees. Giant Eagle is all about the fuel perks. Yes its a grocery store. They have a bakery, cleaners, deli, bank, gift cards, oh yea and food. But spending money on things I was already going to buy and then to get money off at the pump has saved me a couple of times. I am also happy to see that Giant Eagle is buying local. They may have already done that but now I can see what local farm is supplying my green beans, peppers, onions and tomatoes. I have also ordered cake from Giant Eagle before and they are really tasty. It is moist and delicious. The staff is also really accommodating about decorations. Giant Eagle isn't the cheapest store but you can find great deals. Watch your advantage card and bring your coupons, which are doubled up to 99 cents. It's a good store. read more

We are new to the area and had either been going to a high end grocery store or a small Giant Eagle in Canal Fulton. One day we decided since we were driving past this Giant Eagle we may as well swing in and pick up a couple things. Nothing against the store in Canal Fulton but this Giant Eagle was amazing. The management has not a clue what they're doing. If corporate could transfer anyone, it would need to be Kim (Store Manager), John (Co-Manager), and Sharron (Front-End Lead). The actual workers of the store get the worst of it, even the customers can tell that the management is very inconsiderate of their employees and are quite draconian. There's almost no humanity when it comes to dealing with the higher-ups in this building, they're corporate drones. They also have a mold problem in there dairy freezer, but won't take it serious until people start to get sick. To them, as long as no customers see it, everything's good lol. Other than the management & the things they refuse to fix, this is a great place with a lot of great people that do care a lot about the store and its customers. read more

The pharmacy is NOT efficient at all. Husband was sick, went to doctor, received a script, dropped it off and was told it would be 1 hour. He did not wait since he was sick but asked me to pick up. Went in 1 hour and was told it would be another hour. Left store and returned and it still was not ready. It took 2 1/2 hours to fill!!! They were friendly and I was patient but this was not the first time we have had problems, it happens almost every time! Was referred to Rite Aid by a friend. Planning on switching!!! read more
