I can't even count how many times those carts just stop working in the middle of the store. It's one reason I avoid Walmart. However, yesterday when it broke down, I could not get the attention of ANY associate so I dialed the number I had for them. It happened to be the grocery pick up line. The young kid who answered had ZERO interest in helping me while I was sitting in the middle of an aisle blocking other shoppers. I asked him to transfer me to a manager who maybe could get me another cart. He said he couldn't. I asked his name. He said "I have to go". LUCKY for me a very nice man who was just a shopper like me went and found someone to get me a new cart. I really want management to look into whoever answered my call yesterday. Very disappointing customer service.

They have one of the best bakeries in the area and the donuts are amazing (they are called "famous" on the Kocher's website for a reason). These donuts are made fresh in house. I'm not going to lie and say they're the absolute best in the world, but I've been eating them for over 25 years and look forward to these donuts every time I visit the cabin. I have yet to find a bakery that has this style. The cream in the long johns is very fluffy and not too sugary/gritty like other donuts. You really, you cannot pick a bad donut from here. My only hesitation in writing this review is that word is out now on this hidden gem and now I will have to go even earlier on Saturday mornings to get a better selection.
