The used and vintage pens will be in working order, ready to use, and fairly priced. I have seen the same vintage or used pens on line from other retailers for a LOT more money. I recently brought 100 letters in to be folded. The copy center staff told me it was a 10 day turn around time for a job that should take 15 minutes. When I asked why I was told it was a new store policy. I questioned the manger on this and she screamed at me that I need to better manage expectations and who did I think I was to question her and expect them to drop everything for me. I asked for the corporate office number and gave me the customer service number to place an order. My company had spent over $1,000.00 at this store monthly. When I told her we'd be moving our business she laughed and said she didn't need the sales. I will never spend another penny at this location.

I waited outside the store for an hour and a half and was first in line to buy the pop. I spoke to Michelle which is the manager and told her what I was waiting in line for. When it was 11:58 another worker named Elijah unlocked the door and relocked it after he went in and then waited by the register. once it hit 12 they opened the doors to let us in but Michelle was selling the Tanjiro pop to Elijah, he was paying with cash, so I assume they did that so they cant keep record of who bought it since he was a worker, since they arent supposed to buy it. I find this very unfair considering they knew what I was there for, I waited, and they posted it on there instagram. Sucks cause I wanted this pop for my collection. I would like to know if theres anything you guys can do, and they both the manger and the worker handled it very poorly saying they didnt do anything wrong even though they have to give customers the first oppurtunity to buy the product.

People are rude....even buying or selling they think they are doing you a big favor... You can buy most "new" books that are actually old, that are cheaper on Amazon...
