So I've had a fair share of experience from all locations :) As someone who went through almost 6 years of wearing braces, retainers, spacers etc early on in my childhood--I am terrified of any dental work, however, Archer Dental and their team of dentists and hygienists have made it absolutely welcoming and comfortable for me every visit since day 1! They'll also submit any claims on your behalf with insurance to speed up the process as well. Shoutout to the OGs Anna, Marianne, and now my routine hygienist Alicia & Dr Taha. Everyone was very courteous and professional from the moment you walk in and throughout the appointment They really took the time necessary to do everything right and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me and my 6yr old Son. The office is nice and clean and Feri, their receptionist, is very friendly! She greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in and informs you of any wait time for the dentist. She also calls or messages all patients to confirm dental appointments a few days ahead of time! My hygienist was Nancy and assistant was Joanne. Joanna is absolutely adorable and really tries to make you feel comfortable while doing x-rays. She's very friendly and makes an effort to try to know you. Nancy is very thorough with her cleaning! I've never experienced such clean teeth that felt squeaky clean for days after my appointment! She really walks through every step she does and really takes her time to clean. She used dental floss to check for any missed spots, and thoroughly cleans all the way under the gums. She even discovered some leftover glue residue from when I had braces over a decade ago that neither my orthodontist or previous dentist had managed to clean off! I was seriously blown away at how clean my teeth were. You may feel a little bit more discomfort at first, because she's cleaning so in-depth, but it's really worth it! At some point, it actually gets kind of relaxing. I cannot recommend this dental office enough! Amazing and super friendly staff!
