So many amazing food choices! I had such a great time at Savor Fest in High Point! One of my favorite things about the event was seeing such a diverse selection of food all in one place. There were so many different cuisines and options that honestly, choosing just one was almost impossible! I spent a good chunk of my time walking around trying to decide what I wanted because everything looked and smelled SO good. I finally settled on Pinoy BBQ, Kao Thai, and Nola Food Truck, and I definitely made some great choices. All three were delicious and gave me a chance to try completely different flavors. Savor Fest is definitely the kind of event where you need to come hungry and preferably with a group so you can try a little bit of everything! I really enjoyed being able to experience so many different foods and local vendors in one place. If you're a foodie, I'd definitely recommend checking out Savor Fest! read more

Stopped in to the 2026 event and was a little disappointed. The idea is great, but with so many of the trucks coming from Raleigh, and other far away spots, even if I found one I really liked, it would be hard to find them again. They did have a good variety, with many styles and ethnicities of food represented. My biggest complaint is the sampling tickets did not provide apples to apples portion samples between the trucks. One truck would give a big sample, the next would give a really small sample, some trucks would only give a discount, others didn't accept the tickets at all. I did end up getting a tasty chicken skewer sample from Pinoy BBq, but again, being from Raleigh, not sure I'll ever come across them again. If they do the event again I think opening it to kore local trucks would be the way to go. Also, maybe waiting until the weather is just a bit cooler would be better all around read more

It was a perfect day to be outside and enjoy all Savor had to offer. This was my second event and will not be my last. Well organized, food trucks were plenty, entertainment top notch, and overall atmosphere was great. I had a shrimp patty from Jamaican coast that was so good I forgot to take a picture. The gyro from pita delite was tasty and delicious. However, the strawberry matcha was life in a cup. Thanks to Savor for the invitation. Invite me again and I'm coming. Thank you Erik & Hosts of the 2nd Annual Savor High Point. I truly enjoyed this one. It was hot but manageable. I was excited to get my season mix this year. I missed out last year due to the heat. I appreciated the variety of vendors and opted to try a new Caribbean vendor. I went with the brown stewed chicken from Levvy's Jerk Chicken Stand. It was flavorful, an ample portion and not overly spicy. The brown stew chicken was cooked with rice and potatoes and the rice and peas were really good and the chicken was tender. I highly recommend this food truck. Great event. read more

Really enjoyed this experience in High Point. Love that it felt like a multicultural food festival with musical performances, activities for children, henna, face painting, vendors, and much more. Finding parking was a breeze and the event itself was very well organized. The free water in stations throughout the event was greatly appreciated. There were a variety of food trucks, but we chose to try food from Dalat Streets of Vietnam. My partner tried a ca phe sua da (traditional Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk) and a chicken Bahn Mi. The bread for the Bahn Mi tasted homemade and was the perfect vessel for the chicken and toppings. She compared the taste and experience to that of getting street food in Vietnam, minus the hundreds of motorbikes swirling around you! I had the tasting experience which offered a nice portion of Vermicelli noodles and BBQ chicken wings. The sauce that came with the chicken wings was absolutely divine! This truck is based out of Burlington, but we look forward to catching it somewhere around town in the future. As an educator in High Point, I know firsthand how incredibly diverse the city is, filled with amazing people willing to share their experiences and cultures. I feel so greatly to be a part of this community and I truly hope that this event continues for years to come. read more

Such a neat idea! Wish the tasting tickets were a little cheaper so you could do more tasting. My sample was good but on the small side, a few did not seem to be participating in the sample plate which was disappointing. But overall a fun event to check out the options and see a few craft vendors as well. read more

I had such an amazing time at Savor High Point. As a foodie who loves to travel, this was a dream come true. As soon as I arrived, I thought "oh, we have Epcot right here in the Triad". It was amazing. So many food trucks with food from different cultures and cuisines. The dj was amazing with the multicultural tunes. There were also unique vendors from home goods to press on nails. I really loved the Pinoy BBQ food truck sample plate. It came with pancit, a bbq chicken skewer, and 2 lumpia. It was delicious and I liked that I was a good serving size to share with my sister. I can't wait to return to Savor high point next year. I'll bring more friends with me so we can all taste the world, right here in high point. read more

Great Yelp Elite event. I had a really good time. There were a lot of choices. The DJ was great. They had a lot of tables and you were able to bring your own chairs. I really liked the fresh rolls from Dalat. I had a fresh fish and a strawberry margarita. There were also vendors with lots of different types of gifts, clothes, spices. Picked up some seasoning from All Seasonings. They had a spice station. I liked that they had water stations throughout to keep people hydrated. Fun times! read more

What a great time at Savor High Point! I used my tasting ticket to try out Pinot BBQ and it didn't disappoint! The lumpia were amazing, and the bbq skewers were delicious. I wish the pancit was a little more flavorful, but with paired with the skewer and a little soy sauce it was quite enjoyable. There were not many places offering (or potentially just advertising) the tasting menu, but I was glad to see Pinoy had one. I also tried out an Oreo funnel cake from "The Kid in Me" and thoroughly enjoyed that as well!! It had an interesting cinnamon flavor, and was a bit more doughy than I am used to but the toppings were a fun addition. Overall it was a great experience seeing all of the different cuisines offered and listening to live music! I will be looking out for this event in 2027! read more

I enjoyed this event. It was setup in what I believe is downtown High Point. There were a lot of patrons, good food and music. Thank you Erik and Yelp for the tasting tickets. I loved the food from the Vietnamese and Filipino food trucks! I especially loved the noodle bowl from the Dalat food truck. I had to go back and get an order of their sticky wings (well cooked and flavorful). Great gathering of variety of food trucks, live entertainment, & vendors. Thank goodness for the shade under the covering and the sensory friendly area inside the HP theater. We brought extra sampling tickets in advance (pack of 3 + 1 as a Yelper) + our 1 free one let us really enjoy a nice tasting. Quality & quantity is great at Pinot Filipino & Dalat Vietnamese trucks. The Haitian was choice of Ox tal empanadas or a small tasting. rice & Beans slightly dry but was perfect with the chicken stew & large drumstick. I was so excited to be able to experience Savor High Point this year with Yelp Elites! I only had about an hour before I had to be somewhere else but I'm so happy to have this kind of event in High Point. And people say there is nothing to do! I tried Che Empanadas and I had the beef and a cheese and corn empanada. Delicious! I also tried the strawberry lemonade from Nanibees lemonade and it was refreshing and delicious. It had chunks of fruit inside and was much needed in the heat. There was great music there and live performances. Although I couldn't stay as long as I wanted, I enjoyed it. I look forward to the next one and hope more events like this continue to come to High Point! read more

I had an amazing time yesterday at the 2026 event. It was incredibly organized and I would highly recommend going to it. Plus it actually had some shade from the Sun because it was partially held underneath the awnings from the theater. The variety of food trucks was amazing. Plus it's the first time at a food truck festival that I saw the option for tastings which was fantastic. I got to try four different food trucks and a sample of their food. I also topped off the afternoon with a fantastic boba which was exactly what I needed. The festival also provided some great vendors and I picked up some seasonings. This event made for such a fun Saturday! I have never been to downtown high point and it was nice to cruise through before getting to savor. Once there it was so locely! There was live music and performances. Tons of vendors. And lots of delicious food trucks! I got to try pimoy bbq a Filipino food truck. The sticky pork bbq skewer was absolutely amazing and as I am typing this i wish I had more. It was smokey and charred with a sticky sweet sauce all over it. The lumpia was crispy on the outside and stuffed with piping hot veggies in the inside. The noodles were soooo savory and I loved the fresh slightly crunchy veggies in it too! This is such a fun event to go to in late August. The weather is hot but there is a cool breeze that helps to make it feel not bad at all. On top of that a good chunk of the place is under a cover at the front of the theatre so it makes for walking around the place pleasant. They have delicious food trucks, small fun booths like slime making, and a live show going on. They also have spots for kids to play giant board games like checkers, connect 4, and hula hooping. There is also plenty of seating available to sit and eat or to watch the show. Spent a couple hours without realizing it because of how much fun it is. This was my first Yelp event as a community intern and I really enjoyed it! It was great meeting some of the Yelp Triad Elites as well as the amazing local business owners who made this event possible. As part of the event I tried out a new food truck called The Busy B.E.E(Beverages Everyone Enjoys) and tried their frozen strawberry lemonade. It was delicious and really hit the spot after being outside in the sun for a couple hours at the event. I later realized after the event that they didn't have a yelp page I could recommend them on, but if they did I'd give them 5 stars! read more

This was a cool experience. All the food trucks were set up well and easy to get to. There was a dj and lots of performances to see. Vendors with free gifts and drawings. I signed up for a few. What was best though, was the food. I got to try mr. Dons famous chicken and ribs. I got ribs and their Mac and cheese and was blown away. Their homemade sauce for the ribs was so good I took the little container home for later. The ribs were huge and tender, full of savory flavor and obviously smoked for a long time. So good! The Mac and cheese had some crispy bits and were packed full of cheese with soft buttery noodles. I would 100000% go back there for more! Southern classic food is a weakness. I am so glad I got to attend this event. read more

Lots of different foods from all over the world and rounded up into a fun food truck event. I had Filipino, Vietnamese and American. Food was served with a smile which wasn't easy w the customers waiting for their order and 90 degree weather. I ate egg rolls and also Pancit served w a tender chicken on a stick. Yelp elites were extended an invitation to attend Savor High Point Around the world in a bite, which featured a variety of food trucks. I was excited to attend because it gave me the opportunity to try new foods. I invited my daughter to share in the experience with me and we both had a great time. Upon arrival we checked in and walked around to see all the event had to offer. Then we made our decision on what 3 things we were going to try. First, we tried Kreyol Flavors and their oxtails empanadas. It was so good we went back and purchased another one. Then I tried The Tasty Turkey-Que. Their sample plate was a sample of turkey bbq with their signature sauce and cole slaw on the side along with a spring roll. It was all really good. I have always wanted to try Indian food and their butter chicken so I was excited for this opportunity. The butter chicken was good, I really enjoyed the basmati rice. I had never had it before but the samosa was spicy so I didn't eat it after the first bite. We also had Boba drinks and they were really refreshing. I really enjoyed the set up and all the different food trucks options. I hope this event is yearly because I would definitely come back. read more

Food truck festival with international variety. Thinking this is a new festival started in 2025? Don't know, but would want to come to the next one. Rather good variety in both food offerings a d a bit surprising clientel. People just gathering as people and enjoying the offerings and atmosphere. Good turn out for a hot summers day. Glad to see a slice of humanity coming together just to enjoy living. Really enjyed speaking to Nigerians and their food was smokey spicey great. And got more food than expected from my 3 choices. Filipino, Halal - Nigerian, and Indian. Many trucks traveled from good distances from neighboring regions. Add in live performances and festival trinkets market and have a little something for most folks. Ans now with the sun settling so relaxed and dare say chill. Crossing fingers for a repeat featuval in a t d time. Could use more seats and tables nut fair amount on site. read more
