Insurance originally inspected the damage and determined it was a builder oversight and nothing they can do. Brandon and Amity took over this project with haste. We had public adjusters, private contractors, and designated teams to fight the insurance company. After a couple of inspections we only got them to cover only 10% of the project. That wasn't good enough for Amity (and us). They fought tooth and nail for over 10 months until we finally got the approval and payment we needed to get this project going and to make sure my family was taken care of. They replaced the entire roof, all the gutters, and renovated the whole garage interior and exterior. It was truly a crazy experience. The roof itself only took a day. The gutters and garage a day as well. Very efficient team from start to finish. We ended up selling the house and moving a few months after the project was finished, but this roof and reno definitely improved the market value of my home. I called and text Ray several times and explain the issue that the leak is active. He said he would come out again if the work was approved by the home warranty. Home warranty approved but Ray refused to return to fix the issue. What I don't understand is why Ray doesn't guarantee the repair when he was paid to inspect and complete the service? and the issue wasn't fix but slightly worse. Ray - you should either return the payment or perform the service you were paid for. I have the maintenance request plus pictures - if proof are needed.

After a fairly rainy season, we had water damage inside our family room appearing along the seam…read morewhere the wall connected to the vaulted ceiling. It was a fairly long seam developing a crack, perhaps 8', but it did seem to us that the problem was originating at the top of the seam with the water running down the sloped ceiling. We had one company out and despite inspection of the roof they weren't able to pinpoint the issue... leaving us with one estimate to fix random "potential" sources of the problem and another quote to redo that entire side of the roof (even tho the shingles still had plenty of life time remaining). We called Ray for a second opinion. His inspection confirmed the roof is still good but revealed one shingle nail which had come loose, allowing rain to get under the shingle, etc. and run down the ceiling seam thanks to gravity. He patched up the bad spot in the shingle for very minimal cost. We waited three weeks, through some more rain, and confirmed that the drywall which was being damaged was now continually dry. Problem fixed! Ray then came out and repaired the damaged drywall seam between the wall and ceiling for very minimal cost. Ray is a gifted workman and honorable gentleman. Highly recommend.
