When I first moved in my home six years ago, I paid Enoch over $20,000 to replace two…read moreair-conditioning units, a water heater, some sinks, and a few other minor tasks. I also signed up for what Enoch calls their gold membership at I think $650 a year. Supposedly that entitled me to some benefits that Enoch claims to (and possibly did) lower some bills for various house calls...supposedly entitling me to discounts on their work. I recently discovered a waterline leak in the ground floor of my house. The leak was in a line in the foundation. I called Enoch to check out the leak. They did come but did nothing to identify the source of the leak. My Ins. Adjuster recommended another plumbing company who came promptly and within an hour, determined that the leak was in the hot water line, shut off my hot water heater and hot water line, which stopped the leak. I received repair estimates from both Enoch and the other plumber. Enoch's estimate was roughly TWICE the estimate of the other plumber. One more disappointment in Enoch...last November, Enoch scheduled a day and time to come for a maintenance check on my heating and air-conditioning system. No one ever came for that appointment on the day Enoch selected. Enoch claimed that a "glitch" in their system was the reason for missing the appointment. Obviously I'll never use Enoch again for any service, and I hope reviews like this will encourage others to not use Enoch. I stuck with Enoch far too long, and it's my observation now that Enoch is a lot better at selling their service than actually servicing. Don't be fooled... STAY AWAY from Enoch.

While it wasn't exactly the result we had originally hoped for, that's due to the poor workmanship of the initial contractor--not Juan's work. Juan removed the failed material, cleaned the joints properly, installed new backer rod where needed, and applied the sealant with great attention to detail. He was honest about what could realistically be accomplished without replacing the concrete. He had a quick turnaround, completed the job promptly, and left everything looking much cleaner and more professional than before.
