The way we were treated by receptionist ladies is simply not right, from asking for help and guidance we simply did not receive any good help at all. We had to switch on one our dogs to another clinic as we were turned down for service on Saturday when we called twice asking for help. They stayed numb and not helpful. As much money as we spent at that hospital I think we should be treated way more kind and better. Our whole family is traumatized by the experience and only time will let us heal from this. Very disappointed. The service quality in this country is not the same as used to be 20 years ago. People not as caring and kind as used to be. I feel so victimized and mistreated. Definitely will not receive an apology from stuff but I pray God other people will never go thru such horrible experience like we did. I requested transfer records for a dog they did not treated in emergency visit and they said they sent records but it was not completed, which is very unprofessional. Records should be given at any time requested. I recommend more compassion to this place. It got worse. I had to call back and request anxiety medicine for my dog after surgery they refused, I wanted to talk to the Dr they refused me in such service. I found later injury and bruises on his neck that was not there. They even did not charge me for the surgery which means they r covering up something they did to my dog that is not right. I am highly making the public aware of this place do not trust them so not bring your pets there because you won't get any good help, no answers, no personal treatment but you are just a number.

So today I brought my dog out there to get a $70 package done just to get called and say we can't keep your dog out here no explanation why nothing. So I go out to pick her up in the first thing I'm greeted to is her standing up there by the counter waiting to be picked up smiling and happy. I didn't get told by the associate how my dog bit three people scratched people constantly and had three of her nails broken in a kennel because she couldn't stay locked up. Now this doesn't make sense to me, considering she's kennel trained sleeps in her kennel by herself at all times and never has bit anyone in her entire lifetime. So when I question it, I got told how I was wrong but yet I was refused to be shown any dog bites or scratches or the cage that was magically destroyed. And then I was told how I'll be paying an additional $10 every time. I take her out there now because she's such a problem. I would recommend not to bring your animals out here, especially if you have a bigger one because I really feel like the associates clearly do something to antagonize an animal to the point where they will do something completely out of character or they will just lie about it just to get more money out of you personally, I won't be taking my animals out there ever again because if you can't as much as take care of my pet I definitely don't want you taking care of somebody else's

Today is now January 27th my few remaining aquarium fish are all covered with what appears to be ich, and fin rot. I'm trying to treat it with medication but the medicine doesn't seem to be having any effect. As of right now have lost 7 neon tetras 1 rubber lip plecostomus, 1 buenos ares tertra, and three lamp eye tetras. Had not previously struggled wish disease at all and these were the only fish introduced within the last six months.
