I would definitely not recommend bringing your pet out here. My six-year-old black lab got brought out there today and she's probably one of the greatest dogs anyone ever mean and she's never been anybody if she scratches you it's on complete accident cause she just wants to shake your hand and on top of all this she doesn't even play by and if she does, she doesn't bite anywhere near as hard as a normal plate bite would be. So today I brought my dog out there to get a $70 package done just to get called and say we can't keep your dog out here no explanation why nothing. So I go out to pick her up in the first thing I'm greeted to is her standing up there by the counter waiting to be picked up smiling and happy. I didn't get told by the associate how my dog bit three people scratched people constantly and had three of her nails broken in a kennel because she couldn't stay locked up. Now this doesn't make sense to me, considering she's kennel trained sleeps in her kennel by herself at all times and never has bit anyone in her entire lifetime. So when I question it, I got told how I was wrong but yet I was refused to be shown any dog bites or scratches or the cage that was magically destroyed. And then I was told how I'll be paying an additional $10 every time. I take her out there now because she's such a problem. I would recommend not to bring your animals out here, especially if you have a bigger one because I really feel like the associates clearly do something to antagonize an animal to the point where they will do something completely out of character or they will just lie about it just to get more money out of you personally, I won't be taking my animals out there ever again because if you can't as much as take care of my pet I definitely don't want you taking care of somebody else's read more

On January 14th I purchased several live fish from PetSmart in Forsyth, Illinois. One fish, a rainbow shark died the day after he was introduced into my aquarium. Today is now January 27th my few remaining aquarium fish are all covered with what appears to be ich, and fin rot. I'm trying to treat it with medication but the medicine doesn't seem to be having any effect. As of right now have lost 7 neon tetras 1 rubber lip plecostomus, 1 buenos ares tertra, and three lamp eye tetras. Had not previously struggled wish disease at all and these were the only fish introduced within the last six months. read more

The customer service at this Petsmart Grooming location is disappointing. Today, my dog had an appointment to be groomed. When we arrived, they said they tried to call to shift my appointment time. Neither my husband nor I have a record of receiving a call or voicemail on our phones. I shifted my work meetings to accommodate the haircut and bath. They lost a customer today. read more

I've driven there 5 times for my dog to get her nails trimmed and "they're too busy" AFTER the fact i call ahead and they say "yeah come on in" I even tried to schedule an appointment and they say "we don't do appointments for nail trims" Don't waste your gas or time with this careless place. We were quoted $48.00 over the phone but after my chihuahua was groomed, they charged me $53.00. They said there's a surcharge for bringing her in on a weekend. It was Friday. I told them they should have told us that in advance. I could have brought her any day of the week. It's not like she was going to the prom. read more
