I went over to my new property and met them there. The movers asked me if they could leave my items in the garage, but I had to tell them to bring things INSIDE the house. After a while, they finished and then had me sign a few things. He verbally told me what I was signing, but I find out that what I was signing did not match up to what he was relaying to me. One of the things I signed was that I did a walkthrough of my old property to make sure everything I wanted moved was actually moved. I was told that I was signing that everything was moved out of the truck, not property. I went back to my old place to lock up and I was completely shocked and frustrated. There were things still left scattered around the apartment. Some cupboards were left untouched. What I paid for did not match with the work done. I could've hired someone for MUCH less and had a better job done. After weeks of waiting and leaving messages, the only thing they will compensate me is $25. I do not recommend this company at all! I had to finish their work. The job they did was not at all worth over $150 an hour.

They repeatedly called us over to do things like vacuum so we wouldn't clog up their machines, and ultimately shamed us for the state of our home... They made comments like, "wow. Those blinds cleaned better than expected. Before I'd tap them and POOF dirt would fly in my face. They were FILTHY" and asked us why we didn't brush our dog to reduce shedding. He's a GSD. He sheds despite us brushing him. She told my husband repeatedly that our toilets were disgusting and she needed to use multiple cleaning products to get rid of the stains - of which she decided she wasn't going to clean anymore and left them for us to do. She finally decided she didn't want to work anymore and left us to clean the rest of what she didn't want to do. I'm angry to say the least. Not only were her comments to us unprofessional, but we paid her to finish this job and she didn't - AFTER asking for the second half of our payment prior to finishing. She did an initial assessment and decided she could do it, and then went back on her word. You just don't do that. She may be a sweet lady but I would not use her again, and I'm honestly extremely disappointed and angry in how the entire clean was handled.
