The scan was done quickly and I sat in a waiting room for the next hour. At 2:55 I asked a nurse if they could give me any info needed and set an appt for the procedure. I wasn't angry; just factual. I simply told the assistant that I had been waiting for an hour and a half and needed to get back to my workplace. Dr. Carter overheard me and sarcastically said, "An hour and a half, huh? Well you can just go then." I said, "Excuse me?" He simply repeated what he said only more hostile. I replied that I thought I was only coming in for a scan and consultation and didn't expect to be in all afternoon." He replied, "Fine then. You can leave now." So I left. I didn't reply in anger - just stunned at his aggression. I wasn't initially upset or even complaining; I just needed to go if the Dr wasn't ready but he obviously was at that very moment and proceeded to be hateful with no compassion or empathy whatsoever. I would not wish this angry overly-self important man on anyone. I wasted almost 2 hours to be treated like dirt and will now probably have to drive to Houston to have the procedure which I will gladly do rather than ever deal with that odious jerk. P.S. The staff were all very sweet and helpful and I've been told the other doc in the office is actually a nice person unlike Carter.

After they examine my mouth, they got me into this room with this other guy in finance and got a loan for $2000 and then they proceeded to charge every procedure that they wanted to do to me to this charge account without having done the work first and I get a $2000 bill and then synchrony bank, which is with PayPal. I had to call them and tell them that these people were creating fraud by charging me for work they've never done. The way they handle things when they pulled my jaw tooth. I have osteoporosis. He gave me a shot and that was it then yanked it out even though I was telling him it was hurting, pulled it out and they proceeded to tell me how I needed an implant. When the other doctor that was there told me I couldn't get an implant because I have osteoporosis.. they treated dental care charge account that they created for me like it was their own personal account. Then the Doctor who pulled my tooth sent a padded bill to my insurance company.
