I knew the minute we got engaged that I had to have this team DJ my wedding just from past experiences with them! However, I had no idea when I started looking into this team for their DJ services that they would actually help me with so much more! So, once we got engaged my husband and I had one of those real talks about how much our dream wedding would cost (ridiculous amounts!), what we were willing to sacrifice, and what was the most important to us for the wedding. We quickly decided that a DJ who could get all guests to believe they were at a club was of paramount importance! DJ P was able to do exactly that! During our Mehendi ceremony, it was a rocking Bollywood party all the way. However, when it came time for the reception, DJ P took it back old school to our favorite ATL hip hop songs - I'm not exaggerating in the least when I say that our guests went nuts over the music!! In addition to being a superb DJ and MC for our wedding, the LLL team was so incredibly gracious and worked with us to edit tracks for the family dances - helping to create one cohesive medley of songs. I honestly think that we emailed the team every single day with edits and they happily made every change, sending back the tracks to us in record time! Moreover, as I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the LLL team not only served as our DJ, but also provided all lighting, chivari chairs, a (gorgeous!!!) twinkling black dance floor, custom decal for the dance floor, projection screen, dhol player, microphones, etc. etc.!! And as I said - everything was perfection! Despite all of the great services that LLL provided, the most invaluable assistance provided by Neil was that of a trusted partner!! Neil stepped in to provide advice and guidance about the wedding process in general whenever I was feeling lost or overwhelmed. The whole team also responded immediately to any questions or concerns when I called or emailed (seriously - their TATs are amazing!). Neil was also so meticulous and detail oriented - he was fully knowledgeable about each and every item for the wedding! It took so much pressure off of me because I knew I had hired an ace team to handle my events! I don't know how the LLL team does it, but I am truly in awe of their amazing work!! I cannot recommend them enough - if you want to work with a straightforward, detail oriented team that will treat your event as their own, hire LLL!

    Don't bother if your order isn't $600! Try "It's My Party Rentals" in Alpharetta or "Suburban Party…read moreRental" in Marietta. I went in to place an order for my daughter's May graduation party. Since they are only 1/2 mile away from my house and I used them in 2013, I thought it would be easy to do so again. I was wrong! I walked in their showroom and two women were sitting behind the counter. I began a discussion with the Owner, Liz, on what I needed. She came out from behind the counter to show me what they had available by pointing those things out on the showroom floor. They no longer rent umbrella tables (understandable), but Liz kept referring to tables she and her husband ordered at a trade show that were supposed to be in that week. She said she thought they held umbrellas, but wasn't sure. She said she would have to talk to her husband to confirm and get back to me. Liz stated that the minimum order for delivery is $200. After going back and forth on different scenarios that included tables with and without umbrellas, we arrived at an amount just over the $200 minimum in either scenario. When we began to discuss when I would need the equipment delivered, she was clear in letting me know that delivery would be tricky because my $200 order couldn't delay a $600 order because they would lose money. Without warning, she asked me, "Well, what kind of car do you drive?" When I told her it's a convertible Camaro, she asked me, "Well, what kind of car do your kids drive?" Um, none of your business! Is $200 the minimum order for delivery or not? She went on to say that if I knew someone with a truck or SUV, I could have them pick up and drop off the equipment. After the above discussion, we went back to the front desk and she started giving me delivery and pick up dates. After having decided on a delivery and pick up date, she reneged! She said that the calendar was tight and they would be moving some things around and she would call me to let me know 1) whether or not the tables held umbrellas and 2) when they could deliver and pick up the equipment. She said until then, she couldn't give me a quote. I left. This was on Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday...she never called me. I called the store and explained my situation to the woman that answered the phone. She said she would call Liz and get back to me. She called me back and let me know that the tables weren't coming in. She then asked if I wanted to place a partial order by getting the balance of the equipment I wanted (chairs, tablecloths, hi boys, etc.) with them and I could get the tables somewhere else. I kindly declined the partial order. ! I found that to be very tacky! Liz didn't even bother calling me back to let me know the tables weren't coming in. I'm not surprised as she was very dismissive of my $200 order while I was in the showroom. I called "It's My Party Rentals" in Alpharetta. Although they didn't have the tables with umbrellas, they referred me to "Suburban Party Rental" because she thought they may rent them. I called Suburban Party Rental, and they have the tables and will be delivering my entire $300 order from Marietta (approx. 10 miles away).

I am highly disappointed with the way management handled our business dealings. There was a confirmed appointment scheduled for today at 9:30am. There was a telephone call last week with Demetrius discussing the date and time we wanted to book. I was told the date AND time was available (October, evening slot). I was NOT told about a 25% deposit/hold fee. I reside 1 hour from the venue; I received a text message from Demetrius at 9:07am asking if our "9:30am" appointment was "confirmed". I was already in front of his venue at 9:10am. He informed me via text message that the date and time we wanted was already booked. If you have proper communication and administrative skills, I should have been contacted days before my appointment and informed the date and time slot was no longer available. Clearly this venue is driven by money rather than good customer service. It only took one phone call or text BEFORE my appointment and 1 hour drive, that simple! Again, during the telephone call he mentioned nothing about paying a deposit to hold the date and time. Speaking with him in person he did apologize and offered a 9am-3pm time slot, but he was already given the specific day and time based on the type of celebration. Just a note to anyone looking at this venue, don't wait for them to "communicate their policy", apparently it's the customers job to know.

The PA system worked well, and they had an extra microphone for my guests. Just the right amount of kitchen space too for prep and serving. Hopefully I'll be back again for another event.
