Back in February when we moved in our Propane gas fireplace was not working so Kevin came out and cleaned it, fixed it and installed a thermostat for us. Works like a charm now. Then later that month we arrived home and we had no water. Kevin came out right away and arrived within an hour. Turned out the submersible pump in the well was kaput so he and his helper worked diligently to get that up and running. In the summer we have a pump to bring river water up to irrigate our grass and garden and we needed a new pump there too so last week Kevin came up and sorted that out, installed a new pump and fixtures and once again we are in business. We are considering a bathroom reno so we invited Kevin in to take a look and give us recommendations. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and offered us many insightful suggestions to cover our needs. He also suggested ways we can save money, always dear to my heart. They are definitely getting that job when it comes up. I highly recommend this locally owned family business.

I'm guessing the boss is a minor because it's indeed petulant behaviour from their part. On the phone with Reliance who calls the technician to see why he never showed up.....only to find out from the technician he was never booked in the first place. He was as surprised as we were! If I would have known that Reliance was so "unreliable " I would have never purchased a furnace and A/C unit from them. Customers beware!!!!!!!
