I love checking out their clothes for great gift ideas, and some of them are about the softest things I've ever felt. The environment is always lively, and there are plenty of smiles. I appreciate the gentle questions and offers of assistance. I never feel like they're trying to nag, and the friendly personalities feel genuine and sincere. I don't believe there's a time when I've entered the store and left without buying something. The pricing they have is quite nice, and frequently have bonuses, gift card offers, and the like.
