I kid you not, i turn around to another employee in my face asking if i need help. They are all wearing headsets but clearly not communicating with them if Im approached 3 times in 30 seconds. I politely declined conversation and continued with my attempt to just shop. Four MORE employees approached me IN THE SPAN OF 60 SECONDS. Im offered gift boxes and engraving and all this fun stuff. I tell them im shopping for myself and remain focused on what im doing. The last woman to approach me just had me appalled. She walks up to me as I'm looking at perfumes. I've found it a bit hard to get help on the makeup counters, with some counters being unmanned. I do feel like the staff odd a bit snobbish. Not so much when I am well dressed and carrying a Chanel bag, but when I was running in to grab something quick and dressed in sweats. Just a general feeling rather than at specific counters. She also gave me honest feedback when I asked her how a dress looked on me. I love how great the employees are at Nordstrom in Florida and then here in Wisconsin. The sale ended today. This store is the best. It was very well organized and had beautiful displays. I bought a few items. I would have bought more, but I wasn't thrilled with how some things looked on me. That is on me. They provided a beautiful breakfast box. I don't even like breakfast but found some very unique snacks and fancy cookies made up just for this occasion. No other store compares to Nordstrom service and selection in my eyes. I love you Nordstrom. Always.
