I met with Joe Pompo and he explained to me in lay terms the process and sequence of filings past due returns. He was overall very responsive to the many emails/phone calls I made (admittedly I reallty don't know much about taxes so his willingness to break things down in a way I could understand was a huge help. Currently, I use FJ Pompo to do the book-keeping for my company and Paymaster Payroll for my payroll needs - Paymaster is owner by FJ Pompo. The cost of the accounting services ended up being a little more than half of what I had budgeted based on my prior accountant.
