When i attempted to pay them over the phone i was not able to get through. finally when i was able to get through, my insurance policy had lapsed. instead of being " there" like the "good neighbor" Paul himself hung up on me and refused to help me get the situation taken care of. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
