The entire set up process here took less than five minutes, including waiting for the man in front of me to take care of his package pickup. Just needed to show two forms of ID and sign in three places. I like the fact that they give you a key to the front door for 24 hour access and you get a true street address...not just a P.O. number. They also sign for packages for you and notify you by email. The worker there was courteous and efficient. Wasn't forced to enter any monthly contracts either, which is great because I will only be needing it for a short time. I can't comment on the reliability yet, as I haven't even used it, but it seems like a pretty straightforward biz with no hassles so far.

They charge $10 for the first notarized signature and $5 for every signature after that. They are located in a newer shopping center on Martin Luther King and Alexander. Upon entry the facility has a nice, clean interior and you can tell it's newer. I was greeted immediately and was the only one needing assistance. The gentleman Jason who helped me was really helpful, and made the process really smooth. He mentioned that his wife owns the immigration law office next door, and with needing notary services they opened up Las Vegas Multiservices. They also offer Copies, Passport Photos, Certified translation, Livescan and FBI fingerprinting. Great to know they are close by, and here in the north Las Vegas area. Will definitely use their services again if needed and would recommend to anyone looking for efficient and friendly service.

I did see a family dropping off a bunch of packages, and I can confirm that the employee that was entering their packages into the system, took his time and scanned every single one and he was careful with the packages. Fedex is refusing to refund our money, blaming this establishment. This establishment is blaming Fedex and we are left with no resolution. I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable.
