I despise parm cheese. Usually with pasta, you are asked if you want some. This came with it already on top so I scraped it off as best I could. The sauce was okay. The pasta was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overcooked to the point of being mushy ... not enjoyable at all. The sausage was good and garlic bread was okay. Needless to say, I didn't eat it all. It came with two patties, smoked cheddar, caramelized onions, black truffle garlic aioli, tomatoes and pickles. The flavour profile met our expectation but we found that the patties themselves were a bit dry. We upgraded the side of fries for truffle fries (5/5) and those were delicious. Spicy Bison Sausage Rigatoni (5/5) was cooked perfectly. The sausage was complemented well with the acidity and delicate sweetness of the pasta sauce. The mushrooms were a great addition and the parmesan really tied in all the flavours together. We had the option to have it not spicy, mild or hot.
