On Tuesday morning, I was given a quote from Lithia for $7,800 to fix my problem. I was charged $109 for the diagnostics. I explained to Lithia that I needed a second opinion due to the size of the estimate. I picked up my car and went straight to Babcock's Garage. They were so nice to me. He not only got the part in one day and did the repair quickly after towning me himself to his shop (which he did not charge for) but he buffed out the scratched, fixed a broken support rod, washed, waxed the vehicle, spray painted the underneath to hide dents for me, fixed the broken bumper and he pulled out a dent and spray painted the dent so the car wass like new. Incredible. I couldnt have been happier. To find someone like this is very rare and I appreciated his work so much. He let me stay in his shop while he worked as I had no where else to go and charged me a very reasonable rate for all of these repairs. Kevin understood my dilemma and got me a used door, put many hours into the frame indentation repair, and got the truck to be functional again for a very reasonable price.
