The owner Francisco told me he could do my car ~2pm. He stated he could do a great interior/exterior detail and wheels for $449! To me that's a lot but he said I would be pleased!! It would take 6-8 hrs. So I got a hotel room. 3.5 hrs later he called to tell me his friend who does specialty wading for $150 was there. I told him NO my husband thought $449 was too much. He brings my car back and then placed my credit card on his phone and that was it. Done. I never got an estimate from day one, and no receipt via email which I requested. When checking my credit card sum he charged $749!!! When I finally reached him he stated "you agreed on amount when we walked around car!" He's a liar, con and cheat. Avoid this business!!

Related to this, they put on a tire and charged me over twice the quoted price, without discussing this with me. When I saw the invoice and complained about the tire price, became irate, and would not consider an adjustment. Instead, justified the overcharge by claiming they did other work on my vehicle for free.
