They had a tripod so I could FaceTime family that were not in the state so they could be there with me, she helped me in and out of every single dress, they offered water and a robe for changing between dresses, and they even had a little sign with my name and wedding date! I was skeptical going in from a few of the reviews but I have nothing bad to say about my experience Emma was with me the whole time constantly running around me fixing the dress trains, veils, shifting the tripod, showing me dresses on the rack, it was great! The appointment is free but you can choose to upgrade to the VIP appt. Which I will definitely be considering when I decide on my dream dress!

The staff and owner were very knowledgeable on weaving and knotting of the rugs I selected. They are also very familiar with current fashion trends. I purchased a 9'6" x 13' 6" rug and a 8' x 11' rug and am very satisfied with my purchase!
