I had a very good experience here, my stylist Emma was absolutely amazing! She really listened to me when I was explaining how I felt about each dress and the parts of it I liked and disliked, she helped through every single step of the process and the whole experience felt very customized to me. They had a tripod so I could FaceTime family that were not in the state so they could be there with me, she helped me in and out of every single dress, they offered water and a robe for changing between dresses, and they even had a little sign with my name and wedding date! I was skeptical going in from a few of the reviews but I have nothing bad to say about my experience Emma was with me the whole time constantly running around me fixing the dress trains, veils, shifting the tripod, showing me dresses on the rack, it was great! The appointment is free but you can choose to upgrade to the VIP appt. Which I will definitely be considering when I decide on my dream dress! read more

Very nice store, big selection. Unfortunately, this is not the store I found my dress in. However, the customer service from my stylist, Hannah m, was great. She was very attentive and took feedback well as to what I liked/didn't like. Many brides-to-be were shopping on a Saturday morning... and I saw 2 of them say yes to the dress. This is a unethical business practice complaint. The owner, Jennifer, asked a young bride to-be to "tip" her employee at the cash register. So, Jennifer F., asked a young woman to subsidize her boutique's business income, in front of the girl's friends and family. I am a professional business person. I thought it was extremely tacky/unethical for the store owner to ask people to tip her own employees. She should pay her own people as they are not waitresses. It seemed that the owner also imposed a lot of time pressure. I did not inspect closely as to quality of the inventory, so I cannot opine reliably on the value equation. Molle Bridals was above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined when it comes to my wedding dress shopping experience. I booked my appointment on a whim since my mother was visiting from out of state. We both went in agreeing that I probably wouldn't find my dress, but it'd give a good indication of where to go post appointment. Boy was I wrong about not finding the dress. Every girl dreams of how they want to look on that special day, and I of course was no different. We went in to the appointment and was greeted by my consultant, Alysha; she got us seated and made sure we were comfortable immediately, offering water and champagne gummies. She soon came over and sat down to discuss budget, likes, dislikes, etc. When all the talk was complete, she handed myself and my entourage white gloves. Seems strange right, but immediately it showed me that they care for the integrity of the dresses even if they are only samples. Some brides do come in and have to purchase samples off the rack, and I can tell you, the sample dresses at Molle's are pristine due to the care and consideration for each one. We went through the dresses and Alysha made sure I spoke up to say what I liked and didn't so she could narrow my dresses down and find one perfect for me. We soon began the process of trying on dresses and the exact ones I went in thinking I loved, I ended up hating, and the ones I thought I'd hate, I ended up loving! This goes to show you should definitely go in with an open mind and trust your consultant, because all the dresses I loved were picked because she knew exactly what I wanted (even if I didn't actually know it myself yet.) She made sure to help me into each dress, zip it up, and clip it before I even left the room. I also never felt pressured to have to show a dress if I already knew it wasn't for me. About the 4th dress in, I found THE ONE(my mom and I even struggled holding back tears), but because it was so different from what I originally imagined, I ended up leaving the store without saying yes that day. I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I called back, booked another appointment, and said yes to the dress two days later (with the perfect veil too I might add also picked by Alysha). I will also add at no time did I ask pricing of dresses until I said yes, and it ended up all being within budget (with the price of the veil and garment bag too)! They will never pressure you or bring dresses outside of what you can afford and this is so important!!! All in all, if you're looking for a wedding dress in the South Florida region, Molle Bridals is an exceptional option. I would recommend to ANYONE! read more

They have really ugly dresses - not a big selection. The lady in charge was A LOT of "blah blah blah I love big named designers, I have more money" in your face attitude and suggest you shop at payless if you can't afford designer things. How rude??? AND they make you wear gloves to even "touch" the dresses. Or was it because I was Hispanic - because I saw a "white" girl who wasn't wearing any gloves. Disgusted with this store. Very disappointed when I went in. I went on knot and found all these dresses under $1500 some for $800-$1000 and some for $1000-$1200 like a lot as soon as I get there I'm told nope everything is $1500 and higher. This store made me feel like shit. I felt very discouraged after leaving there. You can't touch anything they make u where gloves and the way I had to step into the dress was so odd. I went into to feel special and try dresses on and she gave me like no options. They had like no options for me it was very weird interaction. Molle tried to help me as she was nice about things but maybe u shouldn't advertise you have a dress on knot for under $1500. She told me they up the price for the customer service. Although I did not end up purchasing my dress from this boutique, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Molle. I was looking for two particular dresses that they had in stock. They made sure to tell me to check in the week prior to my visit to insure they were still available to try on, which I really appreciated. They didn't have quite as big of a stock as I thought they would, but I also had a very specific style of dress in mind to try on. The only reason why I didn't purchase my dress here was because I live out of state and it would have been more difficult to come back for fittings once the dress arrived. When I got back home, I had received a very sincere thank you note from my stylist. They really seem to care about their clients and want to make you feel as comfortable as possible in their space. I found my wedding dress at Molle bridal and am so excited. They were so wonderful and accommodating. I had to try on about 30 dresses and I am rather difficult. I never thought I would have that "a-ha" moment, but I did. The staff were so helpful and supportive. They never once made me feel bad for being so difficult. I went well over my appointment time, and was just about to give up when the owner encouraged me to try one last dress my mother was insisting on. Well what do you know, it was the one. Completely unexpected and not what I thought I wanted. The price was in my budget. We popped champagne and took pictures. My mom even tested up. I never expected a moment like this and I am grateful to Molle for making it happen. Molle followed up with an email and hand written card to say thank you. I had high hopes for this boutique based off my initial phone conversation with Jennifer, which I later found out was the manager. However, the experience was less than pleasant. Our three women group arrived on time, called in to see if it was okay for us to walk in and then waited at the door. The team of sale associates just looked at us with not a care in the world and continued moseying around the desk. Not a problem, we weren't in any time constraint so not any issue right? Well, then we were let in and within the first 10 mins of this appointment Jennifer seemed annoyed. The bride was asked what kind of dress she was looking for and after 3 minutes of explaining, the bride was told the clock was ticking and that she needed to get a move on. It's not what you say but how you say it and I was disappointed by her demeanor. We were asked to wear masks and the bride was asked to wear gloves as well. Again, not a problem it's not anyone's fault we are dealing with COVID, so I completely respect safety "precautions". However, they felt it was okay to have another sales associate within three feet of the bride taking videos and pictures of her without one, asking for permission or even giving her a heads up. Additionally, the sales associate doing this was not wearing a mask. At that point I began to get a little annoyed, so I asked the young lady what she was doing and why she was so close. She understood what I was trying to say and backed away. Then in the middle of this "personal one on one" appointment they dressed up another sales associate and started taking pictures and videos of her. This "model" also wasn't wearing a mask or anything remotely covering her face. The space is not big and we were all close to each other. Again, it was unprofessional and careless. I looked over at my bride and I could tell that she was flustered and deflated by the whole experience. She was overheating with a mask on and gloves in these gowns and just four feet away this sales associate was modeling gowns with not a single layer of protection. It was bizarre and inconsiderate. Instead of taking a genuine interest in the bride, Jennifer thanked her sales associate for her social media efforts. To be fair, Beth, the lady that was directly helping the bride picked up on all of this and attempted to change the mood but with everything going on the damage was done. The moment we walked out of the store the bride expressed that the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. Jennifer, you should really be cognizant of your attitude and demeanor. A bridal appointment is supposed to be happy, upbeat and positive. We walked into that shop really thinking we were going to find the dress and I'm almost positive we would have walked out with one if the experience was different. The gowns themselves are absolutely beautiful. But how you make people feel is important as well. These ladies are picking a gown for the most important day of their lives. At a minimum you should be kind. Luckily, the following bridal shop (Bridal Couture) made up for your shop twice over and a gown was purchased. I hope you can take this constructively so that the next bride doesn't walk out of your shop feeling the way we all did. Best of luck to your business. read more

When I told the owner I was having trouble finding a dress, and wished I had a flower crown to help me visualize what I'll look like, she went completely out of her way to ORDER me a hand made flower crown--just to try dresses on with. First off, I must admit they have a great selection of stunning gowns. They are clearly aware of what's in style in the bridal world. I also want to shout out to my stylist Samantha, she was a sweetheart who was absolutely wonderful. She had great taste and knew just what I was envisioning for a dress. However, the overall experience for me and my girls was below par. Trying on wedding gowns is supposed to be a once in a life time experience. We felt as if we were in a corporate setting... we were on a timer from the moment we stepped in. We had an appointment at 11:00am and we were on the clock to be escorted out at noon, as there was another appointment following us. My party was told to get off the couches and chairs to make room for the party coming in. The owner/manager came off extremely rude when telling us we needed to wrap it up.... She was also rude to her employees. An hour is not enough time for trying on dresses. My advice is don't do fittings back to back, have a buffer between appointments. I'm also bothered, since the only reason I made an appointment here was because I was looking to try on a specific dress. I called to confirm they had this specific designer and style number and they informed me they had it. But, once we arrived I was told they were not carrying that designer any more and they didn't have the dress I specifically came in to try on. Not cool. On another note, when we set up our appointment, we were also promised one bottle of champagne for the six of us. We were not looking to get wild and crazy, but we wanted to have a glass of bubbly to celebrate. Once we got there, they informed us they do not offer champagne since the store doesn't have a liquor license. It is a fair reason, but don't promise something and then not deliver. Also, keep in mind they do not do alternations in house, so you will have to pay for dress then have to pay $400 - $600 for alterations from a preferred vendor. As Mark Cuban would say... For these reasons, I'm out. I am not interested in ordering my dress from here. Too many empty promises and poor management. read more

Upon arrival I was happily greeted and complimented by a young sales girl. She was nice, yet I quickly learned inexperienced. She asked me what styles I was into and if I had ideas for my dress, which I did. I told her exactly what I wanted and exactly what I didn't want. She left and returned with exactly was I didn't want. This left me feeling unheard and a little frustrated. She was sweet so I tried on the dress, and with feedback, we eventually got to the style that I liked. Her lack of experience was okay because there was a more experiences sale woman there, who eventually helped out, taught her things, and basically took over the appointment. Ideally, she would have had better training prior to my arrival...but that's okay. This other woman was helpful at first, however, as time went on I felt extremely manipulated and pressured by this woman. I believe I only tried on 4 dresses total and felt extremely pressured to buy one of them. I told the sales woman multiple times "I'm not ready to make a decision". This message went unheard and instead I was handed a bouquet of fake flowers so I could see myself as a bride. Again I stated, I didn't feel ready to make a decision. I was asked multiple questions about what could change or be done different to make me love the dress. These questions felt very pressured. I felt like I was being forced into liking a dress I didn't. I felt gaslighted by her answers and that my needs and wants were being unheard. And again I stated I wasn't ready to make a decision. I was asked what song I was walking down the aisle too, and then it was put on the loud speaker. I was told to walk across the store and envision my groom waiting for me...This felt extremely emotionally manipulative to me. While I understand the idea of providing an experience, I stated multiple times I wasn't ready to make a decision, therefore this seemed like a manipulative tactic to force me into my emotions and then buy a dress. I felt like this woman cared more about making a sale than she did helping me to find the perfect dress. Additionally, when I asked questions about the dress such as the designer, I was given evasive answers such as "oh, all these designers just copy each other" "We carry a lot of designers, they are all mixed it". I was in a dress for close to 45 minutes and I was not told who the designer was. This felt very off to me and made me concerned about who actually designed my dress and where it was really coming from. This was just my experience at the store, regardless of the intentions, this was the impact. I left the store extremely upset. I also posted a review on another site which was then disputed, which only validated my feelings of being manipulated and gaslighted. read more

Had a very disappointing experience here. The consultant kept pushing for a ballroom style dress when I made it clear that I was looking for a fit-and-flare. My fiance absolutely loves my curves, and I wanted to find something that would accentuate them. Instead, the consultant insisted that a ballroom style with a corset made me look "half my actual size" (which I know was meant to be a compliment, but that still stung) and she said it hid my hips well. I appreciate having a difference of opinion, but I did not feel heard. I felt like she was trying to hide my body instead of flatter my natural assets. I left the appointment feeling not only disappointed, but insecure as well. Something I wish I knew beforehand too... I'm usually a size 10-12 in women's dresses (16 in bridal size) and they did not carry very many dresses with sample sizes big enough that I could get into. It was a shame because there were some really beautiful gowns on the racks, but I couldn't even try them on. read more
