This is easily the best hair removal place I've been to; they don't try to give you any sort of "spa" experience or talk you up on any level - which I like. I found the customer service totally acceptable, they were keeping an eye on their cell phones and were very business like, but that is OK with me. While Michelle did say she had experience with redheads, when she saw me in person, apparently I was the first redhead she had worked with that had my type of coloring. I believe this led to a better experience as we worked pretty closely to figure out the right color. Michelle answered my questions both in person and over email very promptly.
