We found everything we were looking for! Upon checking out, the staff member informed us that she could blow up balloons and the letters for us, make a balloon arrangement, and name arch! We were shocked, since we did not know they offered these services! We told them that we were planning to host a high school graduation party, and they gave us recommendations based on the planned rainy and thunderstormed day of the party. I set a pickup day for the balloon name arch two days after purchasing all the decor. I was informed to bring a "big car" in order to have space for everything. I was happy they warned me to bring a big car because a sedan was not going to work at all. The day of the grad party, I picked up my order and was informed to park curbside after walking in initially. The name arch and balloons came out so beautifully; I was stunned! They decided to do last-minute finishing touches to the balloon arrangements. The only difficult thing was hanging the name arch indoors; I didn't expect it to be so difficult. Potentially Party Fair could have helped me, I think they offer that service. I appreciated the concerted effort Chris and the staff members made to ensure that they could give us the best decor and shopping experience possible! Their patience with us as new customers was profound, and their customer service was great! I was also glad to find out that they have balloons for all the high schools in the area and asked if we wanted any college-specific balloons. This is also the only place where we could find Sternos in the area. Costco Wharton no longer sells them. So come here!
