It's cute in there and the quality of product is great. Today, I was there with my potty-training 3 year old and 6 year old, shopping for a couple of birthday presents. The 3 year old needed to potty. The employees told us that they didn't have a bathroom. I said, "I come here all the time. I know you have a bathroom. I've used it." They unapologetically stated that the owner told them no bathroom use for customers. I was confused. They were matter-of-fact and insistent that this is the policy of the owner. I said, "This is a shop for little kids. You don't let kids use the bathroom?" They insisted no- that it was the policy of the owner. If this is true (I can't image they were lying to me), I just can't support the place. My three year old peed her pants while we were still in there. I spent the last $130 I will ever spend at Toy Division. Now I'll make the drive to Montclair to shop local for kids toys.

(To be clear - it was not Toy Division's fault at all, definitely an issue with the item manufacturer, and it would not have been visible until you removed the item from its packaging.) I didn't want to bother the gift giver with it so I figured I would check with Toy Division just in case they could help, but honestly I'd already mentally chalked it up to an unfixable bummer and was prepared to move on. To my surprise I got an email response within a few hours, and after a brief and very helpful email exchange with Indira, I had a brand-new replacement item coming my way directly from the manufacturer! I'm so, so happy that I'll be able to use this lovely present, and I'm equally thrilled with the friendliness, speed, and effectiveness of the Toy Division team. Thank you so much Indira for turning a bummer of a situation into a delightful one!

This time was a completely different story. They ignored my initial outreach and when I did finally get through to a person the ordeal was just beginning. Confusion (on both ends) about what parts were needed, getting those parts ordered, shipped and delivered -- what a nightmare. To top it off, they're using some third-rate shipping company whose package tracking site is a sad joke and whose trucks are apparently powered by turtles. IF the last parcel arrives on schedule it will be one month from the day the order was placed. Additional information: I've added a star to my review because the parts arrived two days ahead of schedule, so ignore my remark about turtle powered trucks. I have also had to communicate with the account rep at Tiger Medical for some direction on lift installation and was very impressed with the prompt and professional response I received.

I ordered two exam tables over a month ago, and the entire process has been a complete disaster from start to finish. First, they messed up the initial order, which took two full weeks to correct. Then, after finally getting the replacement shipment sent out, it took another two weeks to arrive--only for the tables to show up damaged and broken. I have photos documenting the condition they arrived in, so there's no excuse. To make matters worse, they said they would send replacement tables, but now those are just sitting with a freight company, going nowhere. At this point, it has been well over a month, and I still don't have two usable exam tables. For a company that supplies medical equipment, this level of incompetence, delay, and lack of quality control is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend ordering from literally anywhere else. Dealing with Christian Robles is a nightmare!!!

After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with. This was hands down the easiest move I've ever had. If you are debating which moving company to use, this is your sign. Go with them.

So l informed Allen and within a week the fellows returned to Bloomfield, New Jersey all the way from Brooklyn and attempted to tighten the headboard with unfortunately less than great success, despite much effort. It didn't occur to me until they'd left that the rails must have been reversed so yet again the gentleman returned and spent at least 45 minutes to reverse the rails with much better results. They broke the blinds, damaged/chipped the wood on our furniture, lost our sofa pillows, they stuffed our belongings carelessly in a bag, our clothes were on the floor and they did not care to pick them up until I brought it to their attention. They discarded the tape rolls around the apartment as if it was a waste disposal basket. They put our sofas back as a toddler would put a toy back together. And honestly a toddler would had done a better job. The movers were negligent and extremely unprofessional. They took cigarette breaks lengthening the moving process and transferring the smell inside the space and around our belongings.One of the crew members was extremely rude and arrogant. He took our tree and banged it against the door when moving it out. Slammed the roll of black bags on the floor. He could have care less for the job he was performing. Because we paid for professional, white-glove service, we expect items to be handled with extreme care. The carelessness of the staff has resulted in leaving us with a very sour experience and it was totally the opposite of what was denoted to us in our initial conversation and in the reviews. However Mindy was 100% unhelpful and even told me that she would be charging me $100 to fix the issue that I had with my boxspring (the issue was I didn't need it and I didn't know). She was flat out rude. Unhelpful. Saying she would be charging me a restock fee of 50%... plus $50 to pick it up. I told her I could drop it off. She said no. I had reminded her that this was the second time I purchased a mattress from her i'm big and asked if she could help me out... She said no... Funny --- I was going to purchase a third one for me and my husband that would've been much more expensive however now never again. The 2 stars is for the mattress quality...
