i didnt want to leave this review but multiple people have said to me, you risk others running into…read morethe same problem(s) if you aren't honest. so I give it 1 start because you can't give zero. but this was a sketchy, mom and pop used car lot that had 1 redeeming quality and that was their salesman Ammar. he was great very sweet. but at the end of the end had no authority for anything and it showed. every time I encountered yet another issue with my car (that fell within the 30 day warranty by the dealership his hands were tied).I specifically asked "if I have an issue with this car within the 30 days, what happens? I can't be driving back here." to which ammar responded quickly and confidently "we'll work with you, even if it means you take it to a shop locally and submit us the bill." perfect! good. so, i have owned this car before so was quite familiar with how it drove/felt. so issue #1, they put winter sized tires on my car in summer and told me that it would be fine "I wouldn't notice a difference." without knowing that they put 16" tires on my car, I immediatelly know something wasnt right. then they proceeded to lose air (brand new tires). the one went completely flat, so I had to take it to the mechanic, which now ammar said the tire shop would use as an excuse to void my tire warranty (so $2500 I paid for new summer rims and tires). they wanted me to drive my car 2.5hrs to them to fix the tire issue (remember one is completely flat...not sure how I was supposed to do that or how that was even a logical/safe option). #2 the carfax came back "clean". but it had very clearly been in a small accident but they just hadn't claimed it through insurance (so again they sold me a vehicle that had 10 body work issues that needed to be fixed. loose light casings, broken bumper, cracked grills, just to name a few. another $3800 out of my pocket). #3 there was a missing fender on the passenger side, and dead sensors that weren't replaced. and somehow all of this was not only O-K for a dealership to sell, but passed off as "safe". I don't know the first thing about cars. so any joe blow can sell a car. but to me it's the service afterwards that once they have your money do they still have integrity and will they still take care of you. in short the answer is no. kings auto said to ammar because [she] i didnt get extended warranty I'm out of luck. so they sold me a questionably sound vehicle and because I didn't pay extra they washed their hands of me. such a squeezy business, and if my vehicle wasn't so rare, I would have walked away and gone elsewhere simply just pulling in to the lot. it read, "disreputable". if you have the option go literally anywhere else but here. i had to get the roof done as well because their was rust but that's on me, but so far I'm out $8k over and above the cost of the car and they sent me a check for $250 (the cost of 1 rim), and that was their idea of "solving the problem". go to a place that understands morals and ethics and has more integrity than this. this was unbelievable to me, sadly not unexpected but unbelievable.

Joe Hanna was our guy who got us into our amazing new (used) Veloster Turbo. He is super friendly,…read moresuper helpful and is really good at what he does. He will do all that he can to get you the best deal possible, and you'll drive away knowing you were taken care of by the best. 10 out of 10, I recommend King's Auto to anyone looking to buy a used car to come here first! I can only speak for my car and experience but the car was in excellent condition, and they make sure to get all testing and repairs done before you drive it off the lot. Really pleased they had my dream car in stock. Thank you King's Auto!!!

People keep posting reviews here for the service department, this is the dealership…read more We purchased our car here in 2014, and we've been really happy with it. The ECO feature of the car has been great, it helps save tons of money on gas. The car has had great performance for 3 years without issues. Its been driven for long distances, including trips to Pennsylvania and Vermont. The model we purchased was the Elantra GT. The process for purchasing the car was smooth and easy. The dealership offered many options to customize the car and we took only the options that were suited for us. Overall we were happy with the service what we received. I think the service you receive is dependent on the individual that assists you. The salesperson that was helping was kind, caring, and respectful; he let us take our time and we test drove two models before making a decision.

I purchased a vehicle from Kingscross Hyundai at the end of May. Before purchasing, we exchanged…read moretext messages with the salesperson over several days. We specifically asked if there was any interior or exterior wear, damage, or issues with the vehicle and were told there was none. We were also informed there was a stop-sale recall on the vehicle. We decided to proceed with the purchase, and while the vehicle sat on their lot for approximately three weeks waiting for the recall to be completed, we were assured it would be fully detailed inside and out before pickup. There were several marks on the seats that we specifically asked about. We were told they were simply dirt and that the vehicle would be spotless when we picked it up. After driving three hours to collect the vehicle, we arrived to find it had not been detailed at all. There were marks throughout the headliner, visible wear on the driver's seat and steering wheel that was clearly wear and not dirt as we had been assured, and a small dent on the hood that had never been disclosed to us. Both running boards were also heavily oxidized, with paint flaking off in multiple areas. While this may be considered normal wear on a used vehicle, it is something that should have been disclosed when we specifically asked about the vehicle's condition. To make matters worse, the dealership could not locate the second key when we arrived. We raised these concerns immediately. The salesperson largely agreed with everything we pointed out but offered no real explanation. We were told to take the vehicle home and that a solution would be worked out that would not inconvenience us. Several weeks later, there is still no second key and no meaningful resolution. The sales manager's response has largely been that we purchased a used vehicle. While they are now willing to clean the vehicle and repair the seat, they expect us to drive three hours each way and leave the vehicle with them. That is a significant inconvenience for a family with jobs and children, especially considering the vehicle sat untouched on their lot for three weeks before delivery. The salesperson and I even came up with a simple solution: have the cleaning and seat repair completed locally in our city for approximately $400. The proposal required approval from the sales manager, but that is where communication stopped. To this day, we still have no second key and no resolution. My advice is to be very careful when making a deal with this dealership. In our experience, verbal promises and text message agreements did not carry much weight once the sale was completed. We understand that used vehicles may have imperfections, but our issue is not with the condition of the vehicle itself--it's with the fact that the condition was misrepresented and the commitments made during the sale were not honored.

1-Star Review - Dishonest Sales Practices at Auto Select I…read morepurchased a used car from Auto Select in early February 2026, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The salesperson, Steve, assured me the vehicle had a clean Carfax and no accident history. That was completely false. After noticing some issues once the car was cleaned, I took it to my local body shop. They immediately pointed out signs of previous damage on the rear side fender, passenger door, and front right fender. The repairs were clearly done privately and never claimed, which explains why nothing appeared on the Carfax. Once I looked closer, the problems were obvious: * Uneven paint * Rust at the bottom of the door * Missing clips on the front fender There is no way the dealership didn't know about this. When I confronted Steve, he gave me the typical runaround and avoided taking any responsibility. I strongly recommend avoiding Auto Select, or at the very least, having any vehicle inspected by both a mechanic and a body shop before buying. This dealership is not transparent, and my experience shows they are willing to mislead customers.
