i didnt want to leave this review but multiple people have said to me, you risk others running into…read morethe same problem(s) if you aren't honest. so I give it 1 start because you can't give zero. but this was a sketchy, mom and pop used car lot that had 1 redeeming quality and that was their salesman Ammar. he was great very sweet. but at the end of the end had no authority for anything and it showed. every time I encountered yet another issue with my car (that fell within the 30 day warranty by the dealership his hands were tied).I specifically asked "if I have an issue with this car within the 30 days, what happens? I can't be driving back here." to which ammar responded quickly and confidently "we'll work with you, even if it means you take it to a shop locally and submit us the bill." perfect! good. so, i have owned this car before so was quite familiar with how it drove/felt. so issue #1, they put winter sized tires on my car in summer and told me that it would be fine "I wouldn't notice a difference." without knowing that they put 16" tires on my car, I immediatelly know something wasnt right. then they proceeded to lose air (brand new tires). the one went completely flat, so I had to take it to the mechanic, which now ammar said the tire shop would use as an excuse to void my tire warranty (so $2500 I paid for new summer rims and tires). they wanted me to drive my car 2.5hrs to them to fix the tire issue (remember one is completely flat...not sure how I was supposed to do that or how that was even a logical/safe option). #2 the carfax came back "clean". but it had very clearly been in a small accident but they just hadn't claimed it through insurance (so again they sold me a vehicle that had 10 body work issues that needed to be fixed. loose light casings, broken bumper, cracked grills, just to name a few. another $3800 out of my pocket). #3 there was a missing fender on the passenger side, and dead sensors that weren't replaced. and somehow all of this was not only O-K for a dealership to sell, but passed off as "safe". I don't know the first thing about cars. so any joe blow can sell a car. but to me it's the service afterwards that once they have your money do they still have integrity and will they still take care of you. in short the answer is no. kings auto said to ammar because [she] i didnt get extended warranty I'm out of luck. so they sold me a questionably sound vehicle and because I didn't pay extra they washed their hands of me. such a squeezy business, and if my vehicle wasn't so rare, I would have walked away and gone elsewhere simply just pulling in to the lot. it read, "disreputable". if you have the option go literally anywhere else but here. i had to get the roof done as well because their was rust but that's on me, but so far I'm out $8k over and above the cost of the car and they sent me a check for $250 (the cost of 1 rim), and that was their idea of "solving the problem". go to a place that understands morals and ethics and has more integrity than this. this was unbelievable to me, sadly not unexpected but unbelievable.

Joe Hanna was our guy who got us into our amazing new (used) Veloster Turbo. He is super friendly,…read moresuper helpful and is really good at what he does. He will do all that he can to get you the best deal possible, and you'll drive away knowing you were taken care of by the best. 10 out of 10, I recommend King's Auto to anyone looking to buy a used car to come here first! I can only speak for my car and experience but the car was in excellent condition, and they make sure to get all testing and repairs done before you drive it off the lot. Really pleased they had my dream car in stock. Thank you King's Auto!!!

PLEASE BE WARY ABOUT WHO YOU GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO. AUTO CHOICE does not even deserve one…read morestar in my opinion. We have been through a nightmare with this dealer. We bought a vehicle mid December 2024; it is close to end of February and we have only been able to drive it 4 times. Shortly after purchasing it, we noticed a knocking in the engine. The dealer agreed to take it back and have it fixed. We had no say in who was to work on our car. The dealer had someone install a used engine, which we found out was useless and worse than the first one. They did not even attach the nox sensor, instead they tie wrapped it to another car part. We also found out that the safety that was issued missed a very long list of things that they completely overlooked. Our vehicle has been at our local mechanic shop ever since, and our mechanics are shocked at the horrible workmanship. We have now found out that proper antifreeze was not used in the lines when the engine was out in, causing them to freeze and then burst. Our bills are mounting, so much of our time dealing with this is lost and it is horrible in our mental well being. There is so much to do to our vehicle that we are considering it of no use to us anymore. We are out thousands of dollars. This dealer has put the onus on us even though it was in his possession when all of this happened. We did not and would not ever hire a mechanic who does shoddy work like this. The warranty is in the dealers company name and they still refuse to help. PLEASE BE WARY OF BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We can't imagine anyone having to go through our nightmare. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER.

I signed up on the website out of curiousity. What I got was exacty the opposite of the website and TV ad: A high-pressure salesguy (that, only after some extensive internet research to finally find out exactly who he was as he himself was very vague about it) who worked for a dealership. He tried to push cars on me I didn't want (that were only available at this particular dealership) at a lease (!) that was way over the monthly payments I requested and could afford which the website expilcitly states you are not allowed to go over. He promised to "fix" my credit, which a) only you can do yourself through good practices with your bills, credit cards, loans, etc., and b) after getting my credit report in the mail turns out is a better score than he told me. Telling him no was like a breakup: I had to ignore over 25 collective texts and emails pleading with me to come back over a two week period. I noitice there are no other reviews that I can find on this operation. I'm curious to hear if anyone else in Canada has had a similar experience. I'm guessing this website and TV ad will be down soon and the business will reappear under a new name, as this fellow I dealt with had about three email addresses from similar sounding companies that the domains have all gone inactive on.

Toxic place...the service and parts staff all seem to hate each other. As a customer one can hear…read morethem bitching and yelling...one managerial type speaks toa mechanic in an extraordinarily condescending and rude tone...i think the mechanic finally moved on, which is a shame since he was extremely reliable. Service was the usual--bad communication, a constant feeling you were being lied to, and ripped off...some jobs having to be redone because they weren't done well the first time. Considering that we actually bought our damn car from this place, you would think they wouldn't treat us like garbage. Have since moved on to a slightly-less crappy Kia service place.

November 21, 2023 - I honestly don't know what to say.. today is the finally day. They will change…read morethe after market shocks and replace it with brand new Kia shocks.. When I went in at 11:30am John the stapler man and a new guy was at the front desk. I really don't like talking to John, so I only spoke with the new guy. I advised him that before the car goes in for repair that a mechanic has to go for a drive with me. He then advised me that no one was available and that he doesn't know about that. I got so pissed and I raised my tone and advised him that the GM said that they would first go for the drive and then repair the suv. Cliff the service manager who I spoke to the same day I spoke with the GM appeared and just asked me to calm down..... honestly this place gives me anxiety and makes me so uncomfortable and upset. I apologized to the new guy and then told them that no one is repairing the suv unless someone goes for the drive with me. I then left and went and sat in my suv and waited. Cliff came out and said it'll take a few moments for a mechanic to come. After some time, a mechanic came, I drove around the entire neighborhood.. the mechanic said that the shocks they ordered could make it better. And I also explained to him about the reason I brought my suv in back in September (air not being distributed properly in each tire and the car going to the left) and he then said the repair that happened after shouldn't have happened if that was just the case, he then said he would speak to the mechanic and get back to me. I went I inside to the service area and advised them that he is speaking with the mechanic and then they took my key. When the suv was finished being "fixed" I was speaking with Cliff.. then the service guys were all confused about who would cover the cost of the new repair. Cliff said the customer has to pay for it, at first, I wasn't thinking they were talking about me because they were talking about different cars and issues in between the time.. But then Cliff gave me a new bill $40+ for the new Kia shocks. Here I'm thinking (wow just for a small fee of $40+ dollars I could have had Kia shocks and not those aftermarket wonderland ride bs I was dealing with for two months..) I paid and signed the bill. As Cliff was talking he explained that sometimes things happen when you repair cars where you fix one part and something else happens. True very true. I told Cliff that for two years I haven't worked full time and I can still afford to pay to fix my suv and for them to understand that I'm pissed and upset because they haven't fixed it but made it worse. I broke down a bit from my frustration , I apologized to Cliff for cursing and then I left. Honestly some jobs aren't for everyone, if you have to scam people and fix things that shouldn't have to be fixed to make ends meet then that job is not for you. Mechanic gets crappy names because they push to fix things they shouldn't touch in the first place... I'm also at fault here for believing that every bill they show me means that this needs to be fixed. Definitely should've said "let me think about it".. I've never said that to any of them cause I trusted them. Anyways it's sad that my review of this place are just bad ones. But I don't think that even if I left good reviews previously it wouldn't change the fact that the mechanic needed the money more than I do ("fixing" things that don't need to be fixed) I will not be going back there. My suv now: the new shocks are better than before. I don't feel like I'm on a wonderland ride as much. It's still a bit crappy and still makes noise. The trunk noise still is an issue. Overall it's 1.5/5 When the GM said, bring your vehicle back, trust us will fix everything. It was BS. I don't even think that man talks to his mechanics to reiterate the message he told me.. there definitely is a disconnect between the GM and the employees. They don't know their own heads. I just decided to take it to a new place and hopefully they can assist me. things that weren't happening for the 6yrs I've had my suv miraculously started happening after one repair. I don't think removing my previous shocks would've caused all the issues that are happening now. It's been quite an interesting two months.
