Where do I begin. First, the managers are quite ignorant and only care about making money to put in there pockets. Lets start with the GM David Aguirre, how many times has he been fired from other clubs. from Dallas to El Paso to RR, cant you take a hint, you have no idea what you are doing. WHO HIRED THIS IDIOT!! the asst GM Thai, HAHA, hes just dumb. They fire dancers for not paying above there recommended tip. ASKING FOR TIPS IS AGAINST THE LAW!! and you cant illegally fire a dancer, shes a contractor. She pays to work there. But Mgmt just seems to violate all kinds of rules they seem to not care until the place gets shut down. How many times I come in and dancers complaining about the house fee to work and then the tip out for the DJ, all the Mgers (typically 2-3 a night) and that boat they call a house mom Valerie. Shes as big as a house yet all the girls that talk to me says shes always drunk, does cocaine with waitresses and dancers and does nothing for them. So far every girl that has sat with me has a complaint about her. Now the waitresses, ugh. They make more money than the dancers do. You are a waitress, if I wanted you to dance for me, I would have chosen you from the dancers. stick to waiting tables, you guys are awful!! So Why do they make more money, because both managers and waitresses chase the dancers/Prostitute for more money not to say anything but to look the other way. Or they sit or dance for the customer even when a dancer is already there. So the dancers that don't do have sex in the club leave with nothing but when prostitutes come in with there pimps and have sex with customers they know they will make money that night. UGH this is not a brothel! What else do they condone, Rape, attempted penetration and Sexual Assault on a nightly basis. A girl cant complain about a customer inappropriate touching them without being fired!. I will never go there again. Fair warning, you WILL CATCH A DISEASE IN THIS PLACE!!! I recently visited Rick's Cabaret and had an amazing time. Here's a rundown of my experience: Atmosphere and Ambiance: * The place has a professional, clean, and luxurious vibe. * Inside, it's beautifully lit with orange, yellow, and purple lights, making it really inviting. * The bar area looks super classy and adds to the upscale feel. * Bathrooms are clean and well-kept, which is always a plus. Parking: * There's plenty of parking, but it's a bit dark compared to other places, which can feel a bit sketchy. Staff and Service: * I was greeted warmly by a waiter as soon as I walked in, which was a nice touch. * The security setup is unique and impressive. Before heading to the private room for a lap dance, you give your money to a security guard who counts it and gives you the green light. This prevents any upselling and ensures a smooth experience. Dancers: * The dancers are mostly young Cubans, with 90% in their 20s and a few in their 30s. * They look like Instagram models, with some of the nicest double D's I've seen at any club. * The women are incredibly beautiful and fit, with amazing natural assets. * Surprisingly, I was first approached by a stunning girl with the best natural boobs I've ever seen. * The dancers are fun, playful, and seem genuinely happy to be there, which makes the experience even better. Lap Dances: * Each lap dance is around $30. * The dances are great, though some spots in the open room are a bit dark. Just ask for a seat with better lighting to fully enjoy the show. This place is trash! First i applied online and was told by the G.M to go to the club and ask for Benny...I went to audition and the manager on duty Benny tried to steal my phone.!!. First he ask for my tip out up front before working!! I told him to let me go get my debit card out of my car to use atm but he insisted he wanted to hold my cell phone.. I then said no I need my phone but you can hold my car keys or I'll go get cash, politely. Benny then said no I want your phone and I.D. , I refused.. So then he yelled get dressed and leave you're not about your money... so I yelled back at him telling him he was unprofessional and if he was so much better than me why was he working there.!!. I was so pissed that he wasted my time with all the paperwork and dressing out... I asked him for all my documents and paper cuz I didn't want an unprofessional phyco having my social or info... Plus I sinced something was ill and not right about him... Awful place. Horrible, dishonest, divey, and unfriendly. The dancers are unattractive, they only want you to go back to the "VIP" room for bottle service. The waitresses are great, but they also push drinks like a mother. The bouncers are also jerks and pat you down when you go in? Why? Not a club I want to go to if they have to pat you down. Apparently they are randomly deciding people are drunk and then saying they will call them a cab. But it's not a cab. They are privately owned cars by friends of Rick's owners and the bouncers. They do not have the permit or licenses or the insurance to be driving people around for money. Definitely a very low class club with a bunch of low class employees. I saw this 3 times. The guys weren't drunk. So I suspect the bouncers/owner is getting some kickback. Just stay away. Penthouse is close and so much better. I just checked my credit card and for some reason they charged me two times. I only had one tab, but there is also one for over $400 that I have no idea what it is for. I checked some of the filtered reviews(down at the bottom) and it appears Rick's has a habit of adding to the tab and charging you an "extra" tab..... Shady place. read more

They fired all the average and below entertainers (below meaning obese/old as hell). After about a week of having less than 5 girls on a day shift, they hired back all the obese/old meth-head types because the average/decent ones settled in across the street and didn't want to come back. So now thats what Ricks has. D-Squad. If you were a VIP member at Joy of Austin, prepare to pay your membership fees again. Wearing a baseball cap? Cargo shorts? Forget about getting in. Ricks is "better" than that. The bartender LITERALLY doesn't know the difference between a stapler and scotch tape. A request for a vodka tonic blows her mind. Oh theres also a cover charge 24/7. $20 dances from the same girls that you wouldn't pay $5 for a dance. Don't waste your time here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the worst time every time I come, I've tried to give it a chance 3 times and just terrible. Beware of management , especially Robert he is racist towards people of color, they encourage the girls to be prostitutes, one girl got drunk and told me she had full blown AIDS and management was still telling her to have sex with customers for money. I got robbed recently at this establishment in the bathroom. I normally would think this place is a great place to go, but because no one not even security would help me out after this happened. I will never be back. I can't believe no one would help me even their bathroom attendants who was standing right there and saw the whole insident. I am extremely saddened by what I witnessed over the weekend. I came in to hang out and seen the manager Robert fire the dancer Holly because she refused to have sex with a customer for money. I don't see how they can allow a person like that be in charge of this establishment. Extremely disgraceful.
