They are only allowed to bill me for a coinsurance if the EOB specifies I received an $1100.00 bill from Dr Weigles office I had an office visit the first and only visit at 1088 North Broadway Yonkers , Ny - I paid my $40.00 copay and my UHC insurance paid for the service that was billed and he is in network with my plan so why in the heck would I get a bill for $1100.00 what the heck is going on with this billing office? Before making this apt I verified with my ins and with the office of Dr Weigle my responsibility was $40 which is my copay and the EMG And muscle test amount I may be responsible if this service was billed which based on the UHC EOB it was not billed and even if it was billed the amount I would have been responsible for is $115.00 and that is all I am not responsible for anything else I will never go to this office again because of the fraudulent bill I received nor will I ever recommend this office I am not paying $1100.00 for an office visit

The front desk, the pt aides, the physical therapist, and Dr. Weigle himself. They are all very personable and kind. I never feel rushed or feel like I am bothering anyone. The receptionist is so friendly (which makes or breaks a place) and there is essentially no waiting time. If physical therapy is on your horizon , I would highly recommend this place. But once you go into the area of where the PT takes place it is much bigger. The physical therapist was a great and kind man. He really seemed to care about my problems and wanting to get me better. However, it was a very long wait cause he was the only one working so it did take a few hours for him to completely get done with me. He was switching back and forth in between patients. They do take insurance and if you do need to pay. They do take cash and credit cards. The parking is kind of weird. There is a parking lot behind the building but I assume you park in the visitors section and not the numbered parking spots. Or try to find street parking. Overall my experience was interesting but nothing bad. Except the wait time.

I was in a lot of emotional and physical pain and cried throughout my evaluation -- could not say I felt understood or supported and the environment was very hectic. I'm happy that I did not return for the recommended twice a week for a year as well because I also received a bill via email when they previously "confirmed" that I did not have to pay for the appointment both prior to me coming in and afterwards. When I called to inquire I received contradictory information and the last person chose to go a victim blaming route. I would not recommend this place and it's actually my first yelp review because I feel this strongly about it.

They do not send you or email you a monthly or weekly bill. Be careful when getting physical therapy here because you will be surprised by a large bill that no one in the office cares or knows about. When you speak to Scott at billing he jokes around and laughs because he thinks it's funny because obviously he get a lot of these calls.

They are supposed to file a claim then go from there, at least that's what their sign says. And they did not tell the billing department these 2 payments were the Medicare deductible and refused to give me the money back. They were only supposed to keep part of it. Second the Doctor, who is NOT my doctor wrote a bogus script for PT. They did not even know what they were treating and could have done more harm. I had no diagnosis and the PT Rob therapist agreed he couldn't do much because nothing was diagnosed.They also recommended cupping which I did not do. More and more services to hike up the claim bill. It's outrageous. Third- They refused to provide itemized bills for services rendered. Basically they keep adding on services the patient is not aware of just to bill the insurance companies. This is why we pay so much for health insurance. If you are desperate with relieving pain do NOT go there, as they will take advantage of you.
