Not too many people in the cardio section but a lot of people in the free weights, machine weights, turf, and stretching areas. Go in with your workout plan and try not to wing it. Stay focused and you will be able to divert yourself from the number of people taking pictures and videos. The locker room was not clean. There was paper towels all over the benches and floor. The wet areas were not that clean either. Sanitation stations were not as adequate as it should have been based on the amount of people in the gym at the time.

Compared to other gyms, where cancelling is the biggest, most constant pain in the butt ever, this was so EASY. No pressure, no BS, no one pressuring us to stay. She had hip replacement surgery and the employee that helped us, Jake, gave us the paper work we needed only asking the reason. That was all. Because of this outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction, my wife plans to rejoin as soon as she can. The policies cannot be beat. I cannot say enough about how clean the place is, how great the employees are, and their "no trap" policy. Because of this, my family will continue doing business with them for the foreseeable future.

A gym should be a place of health and wellbeing, not an adversarial, contentious, and threatening environment. Even if you fulfill the terms of your contract the gym will attempt to bill you for services they do not provide. A classic example predatorial, unethical, abusive, and deceptive billing practice. Then, if you do not pay, they threaten to send your account to collection. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Tennessee Better Business Bureau, Tennessee division of Consumer Affairs, and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. I am leaving reviews on Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, and other social media apps to warn others of the danger of joining Workout Anytime. I have canceled my membership and will not accept the unfair and shady business practice that this gym has become notorious for. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this gym to consider alternative locations!
