We are very happy that we did. Most banks have nice tellers and this is one of them. Everyone is super nice and it's small enough that they remember you, but big enough to offer you the same services they have in big towns. They are not pushy, but do offer the services that would benefit you in your financial situation. They really do make banking easier.

The loan was for a mail jeep. My wife has since then got a life changing job delivering the mail making about as much money in 1 week as I do in a month. Because of this bank and Mr loan king my wife has a job that will give us all a great life and future. This is the third bank I've used and the only bank to get me a loan with no credit. He was a not a rich man- his savings were under $700 that was left in his account after his death. My grandmother who is 72 years old has been going back and forth with these people trying to get this little bit of money out of the account that was rightfully hers. She went in with their marriage certificate, his ID and his death certificate. They refused to give her the money that was in his account. Only after she spent $200 out of her own pocket to go to court over this situation was she then able to get a piece of paper that they required for her to get his money out. She went back to this bank and they STILL, STILL would not give her the money. My grandmother is in very poor health and had just had heart surgery the week prior. So after they ran her around in circles over and over again they still would not let her get my papaws "mind you" very little bit of savings out. This branch is rude & inhumane. I have zero respect for this branch and zero respect for its employees. They should permanently be shut down. Finally, after my grandmother broke down in tears- the manager said they would let her get the money out. There is a woman by the name of Sharon- YES I am calling you out personally... SHARON- you looked at my grandmother in the face and told her that it would be like giving her free money. FREE MONEY??? This was her money from the beginning. This was my deceased papaws savings and you intentionally mocked my grandmother whenever she signed her name on the papers. You said, "Oh, are you sure you can even sign your name, since you in such poor health?" Practically being a heartless piece of sh*t. People will hear about this branch. People will know how cruel you were to my grandmother. I beg of you- if you have an account with this branch located in Soddy Daisy, Tn. Please, please close it out. Do not support their inhumane behavior. DO NOT trust them with your savings or money at all. In gods name why would you put an elderly woman through so much grief and unnecessary trouble? They told me the funds would be available Monday. By Monday they had changed their mind and said funds will be held until April 14th. By the time April 14th came around they changed their mind again and say funds will be held until April 23rd. Don't take them at their word. They are not trustworthy. Once they finally release the funds it's definitely time to find a new bank.
