Parking space is a bit tight in my opinion, but otherwise overall a good place to stay as its within minutes to most popular spots in this busy tourist town - Kelowna!

The two guides were friendly and helpful. During our two our ride, they would periodically asked if we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. They took us to a spot where a wild forest fire took place 8 years ago and to this day we can still see the devestation of it. They offered a 10% discount for groups of 4 or more people. It was a nice experience to see Okanagan from a different perspective.

Many of us rented about 7 cabins all next to each other, and it was like a block party where all your friend live together. The staff here is really nice and they're very personable and chill. But they're a bit lacking on things like trail maps and other guest amenities. Their one canoe was out of commission, and they only had two single kayaks for rent. They didn't know too much about hiking in the area either - turns out there is a trail that kind of loops around. Not a huge deal, but this definitely seems more like a place you come fully prepared (most people had their own boats, water equipment, etc.). There is free Wi-Fi in and around the office. None in the cabins. The cabins all have a beautiful lake view and are great. They have pots and pans, but don't have anything like cooking oil, tin foil, salt & pepper, etc. You need to bring all that on your own. Ours did have one bag of marshmallows (randomly). Our cabin (#39) had a really nice back that ended up being a communal hang out space for a lot of wedding guests. You do also have to bring your own bedding or rent it for $20. We did that and had a bed bug scare (my boyfriend got 3 bites in a line on his back on Saturday night, and the on his neck on Sunday night). No one else experienced anything like this. We got home and systematically boiled everything in our luggage and our apartment wasn't infested.

I purposely chose a room with a Kitchenette, because my husband and I like the option of cooking light meals if we don't feel like going out. Hotel is located on the main strip and is a conveniently close to a nearby strip mall with a grocery store, which is where we went to buy some light groceries. (There are also a number of restaurants, including the Ricky's steps from the main door, Starbucks, and a take-out pizza place). There is plenty of free parking included, and front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly in their interactions. I liked the suite that we stayed in: clean and comfortable with a strong working Air Conditioner and extra pillows and blankets included (because I always find it a hit or miss with the warmth of hotel blankets) and a full bathroom with your basic toiletries. The rooms were great at noise cancellations which was a blessing since there was some light construction nearby on the days we stayed at the Inn. The Kitchenette had one of everything we could think of: one set of mugs, cups, small plates, dinner plates, cutlery set and cooking utensils and small appliances plus a two burner stove. At times when we were making dinner we wished there could have been two of certain items (i.e. two cutting boards or another set of cutting knives), but we were able to make do. Check-in and out was a breeze with everything clearly explained, and I thought we got good value on our stay. If my husband and I visit another city with an Accent Inn, I will definitely consider staying there as well.

Easy access to our cars since we parked right in front of our door.

But the shower water is extremely hot enough, which is fine that balanced out! the usb charger does not charge my phone. I end up have to use the usb adapter to charge my phone. Not sure what's the usb adapter for. The noise absorption is very bad that you will not hear what's happening next door but definitely hear the rain outside. And of course even the car drove pass by. Maybe I'm visiting during weekdays, breakfast is just sliced bread, hard boiled eggs egg and bacon (which stop refilling after 8:50). Breakfast open till 9:30 and egg is kept refilling but not bacon. Muffins and pastry are not available. I guess it is weekend only? But it's a okay place to stay if you need free parking, low price within the town, 15min drive to airport, and winery is just the main spot for me!

We had about 25 people in 4 or 5 rooms which was basically one wing of a floor. All the rooms had a patio door that lead to a big lawn that you had to cross to get to the hot tubs (there were 2), swimming pool and dining area. Everything was clean. I don't know who picked this place because it was kind of far from the lake and no other teams were staying there so it seemed like we were the only guests most of the time. There isn't much to do in Kelowna at night and we had to occupy ourselves somehow which resulted in a lot of games that required the lone Korean (where were Amy and Jerome?) to drink. It was hard but I did it my way.

Since I'd already arrived and checked in early, why wasn't a special effort made to make sure my room was ready by check in time? However, once I was able to check in the room and amenities were nice!
