(Nickel and Dime) 4- Very cramped site.(Shove then in and take your money) 5- Staff unfriendly and rude. 6- RULES and more RULES. If you like rules; Lots and lots of them, then this is the site for you. WOW I think this is governance gone crazy. Don't shower too long, don't use too much water, don't walk here, not this type of dog, don't, don't, don't, don't.....etc. All I can say is wow, who needs a new mommy or daddy to tell you what you can and cannot do- all the time. I think we paid for the use of water and if people are waiting too long for a shower maybe it's because you do not have enough (Build more). We did pay more than a reasonable rate and oh yes you crammed us in like sardines. 7- Rude staff (Very) 8- They take your money and then...... I do not suggest bringing dogs to this site. Not dog friendly at all. No beach access for dogs. ANOTHER RULE: Dogs cannot be left at campsite BUT they cannot go to the beach hmmm. So what should an owner do? Bias against many breeds of dogs. I do not recommend. Do your homework and I suggest spending your hard earned dollars somewhere else, where they will appreciate you as a customer. If you need a new mommy or daddy and want more rules then this is the place for you. Contest: see if you can count all the RULES as you walk around this place (Bring a thick note pad) RULE for Todds RV and Camping: Build more washrooms and treat us like paying customers who you care about.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were spectacular. Homemade croissants, chia mango pudding, gluten-free waffles, and traditional bacon and eggs were just some of the fantastic dishes we enjoyed our week there. For a special treat, they will even provide charcuterie and wine. Without question, this will be the place my family will visit annually. And we are picky!

The two guides were friendly and helpful. During our two our ride, they would periodically asked if we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. They took us to a spot where a wild forest fire took place 8 years ago and to this day we can still see the devestation of it. They offered a 10% discount for groups of 4 or more people. It was a nice experience to see Okanagan from a different perspective.

Several days later I saw on my credit card that I was charged the whole amount of our stay, which I had already paid through Expedia. I should have only been charged the pet fee & room service. Contacting the hotel was a bit of a hassle. Eventually got my refund. I can imagine this place being really nice and busy in the summer.

My husband enjoyed the hot tub (limit of 2 people) and a swim in the pool yesterday before we went for dinner. There is no housekeeping service because of covid but you can request any top up of supplies you may require. The room is very clean and well sanitized. The beds are comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Friends of ours are staying at the Grand Okanagan and they are very disappointed as none of the facilities are open and very little staff available so they have a room with no glasses, no chairs to sit on and a phone that does not work. They've had to request the most basic of supplies on numerous occasions. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. There is a nice boardwalk out on the lake and it is a short stroll along the water to their sister property - Eldorado Resort. Finding parking on their lot can be challenging.

We booked double queen loft suite via the choice website. The room also had a sofa bed. For our family of four it was the perfect size with space for everyone. It would have been nice if the loft had an additional bathroom as we had experienced in other hotels - but not a deal breaker. Our room was motel style so our entrance was from outside although I saw some rooms were hotel style (enter from a hallway). Every day we got ice for our coolers and they were in convenient locations - across from our room and beside the lobby. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which we went to once and it was pretty good. The hotel also has a fitness center but we did not use it. The breakfast was fairly basic with options for cereal, bread and bagels, ham and cheese, yogurt, apples, and boiled eggs. To drink you can get coffee, milk, apple and orange juices, and there was hot chocolate powder and tea bags as well. There also was a water dispenser which was convenient to fill all our water bottles for the day. The coffee in the lobby was better (keurig) so my wife got coffee from there every morning. During our stay we decided not to get cleaning services and every few days we left our towels and garbage out to be collected and went to the lobby to get new towels, soap, and bags. We ran out of toothpaste on the 2nd last day so was able to get some from the hotel. Our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean. Breakfast had enough items for everyone and beats trying to find and buy breakfast. Pool and Fitness Centre are nice to have although they are situated away from some of the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and we almost always choose Choice Hotels where ever we go.
