My garage door opener wasn't working. I was looking for a company that doesn't charge me service fee. I contacted Sam and he said he doesn't charge a service fee. It was a Saturday morning and I was able to make an appointment the same day. Sam said that the door was heavy for the motor to lift it so he needed to adjust the tension on the motor and tighten the springs. He made sure everything works well and explained what he was doing and the reason for them as he was doing the job. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
