I just want to start with saying we are very happy with our new garage door. If you have an older garage door that has no windows in it. Please get windows!! It is an absolute game changer. We got the windows named "obscure". Which are great because you cannot see inside of the garage, but they let so much light inside. Previously the light in the corner was all the garage had. Even during the day it was so dark inside. The garage door was the original that came with the house and more than 20 years old, it definitely needed to be replaced. The other day the motor burnt out. I called Dan on Wednesday and he was able to give me some basic info. The next day he was able to get back to me with specific information, and we were able to choose how we wanted our garage door to look. A few hours later we were able to get a more exact quote from our choices. After some communication about our schedules, he was able to come over Saturday to take measurements and give us more information. It was great to meet him in person. He was easy to communicate with, very personable, and had excellent customer service. He was able to answer all our questions and describe anything we asked about. The next day he sent over another quote after we had choose the motor for the garage door. On Wednesday he installed our new garage door. When he was done, he cleaned his area, and left the garage floor spotless. He showed us what he did and said if anything comes up to let him know and he would come back. He quickly and safely made the much-needed tension spring adjustments and also gave the door hinges a quick spray lube.
