BEST orthodontist ever. I went to Dr. Schacter for Invisalign. To begin the search process of finding an orthodontist, I visited 5 different offices in West Hills and Woodland Hills that were covered by Delta PPO insurance. Only Dr. Schacter went through a thorough review of the entire process from start to finish and even drew me a diagram of what's going on with my teeth. Trust me, go to an orthodontist for Invisalign, and definitely go to this one. Do not go to a dentist. It only took less than a year to get my teeth straight as I only had minor crowding. And it was the exact timeline I was told when I began treatment. Dr. Schacter gave great advice about how to take care of my Invisalign aligners and took time to answer all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable. I felt 100% confident in the process throughout the whole time. The office was also transparent from the start about the price. They are very reasonably priced and offer great service so I am just wowed all the way. They offered monthly payments which was great. My delta PPO insurance covered half of my treatment. If you need anything like extra retainers, Dr. Schacter is so accommodating too. They also offer permanent retainers. Everything about this office was lovely. Professional and friendliest front desk staff and dental assistants. Organized scheduling process. Even when I had to come in last minute they still took the time to see me. They even have a dog there for petting. They give you flowers when you're officially done with your treatment which was soooo nice. Let me start by saying I am terrified by dentists/orthodontists and usually dread these type of visits. However, using Schacter Orthodontics was a game changer. I no longer feared appointments which is a big deal for me. Dr. Schacter was so kind and helpful and overall made me feel so comfortable.
