Each main dish comes with house salad on the side. You can tell that this restaurant is for local family gathering. They are famous for their pork shoulder dish. We ordered their homemade soups (Horseradish creamy soup and garlic & chive soup - very creative recipe only found at this place :) also ordered spaetzle (Germany egg noodles) with deep fried onions on the top is very interesting dish (one of food must try when visiting Germany. It was good tasting sausage , juicy , mild flavor and not salty compared to others that I have tasted. The sides that I ordered complimented well. The sauerkraut which is warm and the odd thing the potato is cold. Not what I usually expected, regardless it was great tasting especially the saurkraut which has a sweetness taste to it. I especially liked eating it with sauerkraut which balances out the balance out the grease and heaviness of the bratwurst. There's also service was slow as we learned throughout our trip. It's just the norm so don't expect any quick service.
