bad review because they acused us for stealing when i told my cousin that my evil eye bracelet was the same as the other one but there were a difference and when we were about to leave the employee acused us for stealing and she said that i put it on my wrist when i didnt? and i told her that i bought online and telling her that i could show proof but she just kept on stealing and i didnt even put it on my wrist? and i also told my cousin out loud that there were a difference between my bracelet? so i recommend NOT coming because they will acuse you for stealing. read more

Not impressed with the customer service and unwelcoming environment the clerks there harbor. I once would recomend this store for its variety of niche merchandise and prices et it has really gone downhill post covid. I'd suggest old town shops for like shopping. Very negative impression. read more

This place is sort of hippie, yet it has all your African fun, your Belly Dancing attire, which I will have to go back for since I will be taking Belly Dancing class soon, lol! I have to say that I honestly saw a few things in here that I would actually purchase! Eclectic hippie rasta style. A nice surprise in a mall of all places. I'm not a mall person at all but it was the only space I could go for a walk while it was raining outside. When I read Wonders of the World I knew I wanted to break my walking pace and stop inside. My score of the day was a tie dye light blue/purple/white hoody cotton sweatshirt. I ordered some stuff online and they accidentally sent me another persons order. I called and offered to send the stuff they sent by accident back to them or to the person who ordered it. The lady I talked to was very nice and said there was no need that each of us could keep the stuff that was shipped by accident and that they would be shipping the correct order to me and the other person. A few minutes later I got the notification that the order was filled and being shipped that day. I happened to be out of town when it arrived but got an email when it did. They have been awesome! Very fun place to explore, in the Bayshore Mall, another LOCALLY owned business. I would have given 5 stars except the customer service is a little hit and miss. If the owner is on site it is awesome, but some of the staff are a little indifferent. Depends on the day. Lots of really great treasures here though. I do find the clothing just a tad pricey but they can't buy on a grand scale like a chain store. I do wish they would carry sizes in the larger range also. They do have an awesome selection of accessories for belly dancers and the pricing is actually pretty decent for those. Take the time to wander through the next time you come to the mall. read more

I love this store it is one of the main reasons why I go to the mall now, they have neat little knick knacks and things from differant cultures. They always have interesting or soothing music playing, they are very laid back and you can feel the positive attitudes that the workers bring when they come to work. Schatzi's is a fun store with incredibly helpful, pleasant staff. It has everything from a huge selection of wall tapestries to jewelry to instruments and clothing, all at a reasonable price. It's definitely more a a 'hippie' store, but I'm sure everybody can find something they love here. read more
