Such a cute store right in downtown Ferndale! My boyfriend and I stopped in on the way out of town and I wish we had stopped in sooner! We grabbed some coffee and pastries and set outside to enjoy them. The store is packed with some many goodies including cheese, food, clothes, and gifts plus ice cream too. The store is very open and spacious and has something for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful during our visit. I'd recommend stopping in here when in the area! read more

The staff here is very rude. Quality of clothing is awful compared to the high price. Clothing is not made for everyday wear. Clothing was made for a mannequin. You are better off going literally anywhere else. These clothes were purchased from shein and retagged. Also do not enter this store if you are a young woman, they follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable. If they're not physically following you, their eyes sure are. Not welcoming at all. Will never be returning and it's a shame because i would love to support a local small business. read more

This is one of my favorite shops in Humboldt! They have an incredible selection of kitchenware and cookbooks, and so many home decor items that are farmhouse chic! It's a great shop to buy gifts! Every time I visit I have to buy their Swan Creek was melts. They have a large variety of scents and I find them to be a lot more aromatic than Scentsy wax melts. Farmer's Daughter also sells 1803 candles, which also smell great. Sometimes just taking the lid off an 1803 candle is enough to make the room smell nice. I am a frequent customer and was in the store Friday 3/9. I was buying a few things and decided to go to the back where the 40% sale was. I left me purse by the counter so I didn't knock anything over. When I got to the room it was like climbing Mt. Everest!!! Items all over the floor. stuff just thrown everywhere. I picked up some items off the floor so I could look at the stuff in the back. As I was trying to make my way through the mess, I got my foot stuck on these wire things on the floor and almost fell. I grabbed the table that was filled with stuff and some sort of candle in a small glass holder fell on the floor. The girl that was working came back to see what happened. I told her I almost fell and grabbed the table with all the stuff on it and the glass candle holder fell. She said ok. I will clean it up. She said since this is the 40% room you will have to pay the sale price. I was appalled. I almost break my neck because of the clutter all over the floor and she charges me for a little candle. She was going to throw the candle away but I took it and said If I have to pay for it I will take it. She was absolutely not concerned that I could have been injured and had the nerve to charge me for an item that was on a table stacked with stuff and I had to grab the table to block my fall. So, long story short I will not shop in your store ever again and friends I know that shop there won't anymore. Have a nice day. Hopefully nobody does fall in that room because you will have a law suit on your hands. read more
